Hello, I’m Simon Studer from Switzerland. This summer I spent a lot of time producing a short documentary about rollerblading, based in my home country, Switzerland. It’s in Swiss German but I created English subtitles of course.
It’s called Swiss Blading. I featured Tobias Leonhardt, Benjamin Wehrli and Jan Fehlmann (with whom I couldn’t film skating because of his crash in the FISE Montpellier, which is also featured in the interview) as interview guests.

This is Josh Appleton’s first ever completed section out all the years he’s been skating (15ish). Overall his section was the most fun to film and I think every time we went out he got at least one clip. His skating is solid and everytime I thought his bar had been set to his max I quickly was proved that it wasn’t. - Brandon Andersen.

Ben Poling and i have gotten to be really good friends over the last few years! He came out a couple months ago for a weekend and we decided to make a piece! He pushed himself hard for this one! Hardly being able to walk after the 2nd morning he somehow pushed passed it and still finished strong! Really happy with the result of this one! Hope you guys like it! - Patrick Andersen.
