Hosted by SK8TL, in collaboration with the City of Hapeville, Captains Of Concrete is a celebration of community, culture, and the power of wheels on concrete. Skaters from across the U.S. came together at Hapeville Skatepark to compete, connect, and push themselves both on Quads and Inline.

Rollerblading has transformed over the years, and few have navigated its Evolution like Julian Bah. Born and raised in Atlanta, Julian rose to the top as a professional skater, adapting to the ever-changing landscape of the sport while staying true to his unique style.

“EVOLUTION” explores how skating has grown, the challenges that have come with it, and how Julian has redefined himself through each shift—both on and off the blades. This documentary captures the resilience, creativity, and adaptability that keeps Julian moving forward.

And for a person with such a presence, he’ll be gone as quickly as he appeared, slipping back into shadows and making you question if what you just saw was reality or just a fever dream. Jimmy rounds out an already stacked Faction Skate Company team and brings a flavor and spice to our roster that satiates the palate in a way that no one else can. We’re excited to shine a brighter light on his skating to show the world just how bright his light already is.

Gravity explores the massive uprising of blading and quads in Atlanta. “I was first introduced to the idea of this project through our infamous Thursday night skates which have attracted upwards of 100 people all coming out every Thursday night to enjoy a simple passion. It was at my first Thursday Night that made me realize that Atlanta has formed this amazing community, someone needed to document it and share it!” - Brandon Andersen.

Shot over the course of the last year and half Atlanta has seen a large uprising in participants from Roller Skating to Rollerblading, and Aggressive.
