San Jose, California - September 18, 2021. The last street competition that took place out in SJ was three years ago in 2018 pre-covid and what a pleasure it was to be back out there. Three spots: Ledges, a shotgun rail, and a long classic spot dubbed as “the best worst spot”. As usual, the vibes were great and everyone skated really well. Shout out to Mike and everyone who helped organize and attended the event. The community out in NorCal is still one of the strongest. Cheers to the good times! - butterTV.

The fourth episode of the Vault features Jeff Stockwell, Chris Cheshire, Pancho Barerra, and Sean Santamaria. The footage on this tape is from 2005 and was filmed in and on the way to Palm Springs, California during the first and only Vicious Tour. Notable clips on this tape are Jeff Stockwell rail lines at the abandoned Palm Springs Mall, Sean Santamaria’s roll, grind to transfer, Chris Cheshire backroyaling the ledge at the Palm Springs Museum of Art and Pancho Barerra gapping into the ledge at the same museum. This episode is a bit shorter because it had a lot of b-roll footage in the beginning. This footage will be available in the future in its own episode.

This project has been a dream of Nathan Buck for 20 years, ever since this song was released. It took this long to find the guys that were able to make it happen. This project is dedicated to the people the never quit, the people that had to walk away because of life, the people that truly never stopped loving Blading, and the people coming back or just coming into this sport!
This sport has given all of us so much, and we are truly grateful to still be a part of this sport. we hope this video finds you and connects with you on some level, because we tried to bring in various levels of blading. It covers OGs that never quit, people that just came back, and even some young blood. Team Riders: Craig Parsons, Karlis Bowman, Nathan Buck, RJ Elwell, Craig Modus, Paper Chase, Jeremy Viejegas. Music: Tool.

After the success of the USD Aeon skate, we took a close look at its design in the development of the new Kizer Soulframe 60. We wanted to lower the center of gravity whilst increasing the direct feeling of grinding. It is completely made out of aluminum for maximum energy transfer, faster grinds, and designed specifically for the high-speed park, bowl skating, and coping grinds.
Like the Aeon it is a non-UFS unibody soul plate with an integrated frame, to achieve the lowest center of gravity and widest split for flat setups, making it lighter and stronger whilst using fewer parts. Plate and frame are made out of 6061 aircraft aluminum, CNC machined to perfection and coming with the new Element II aluminum H-block. The frame is designed to hold a maximum of 4x60mm wheels for, what we consider to be the perfect flat setup. The Soulframe has predrilled and recessed mounting holes which are compatible fit most USD skates and also Salomons. Thanks Blade Tech.
I feel so happy to finally share this with the world and I couldn’t be more excited to have begun this journey with Mesmer Skates.
