Micro Dose: Alex Burston “light intro” to the Echo flight. It’s an honour to have Alex fu€£in Burston as a part of the Echo flock.
Filmed by Rob Dolton, edited by Alex Burston. Song by Niftz.
Micro Dose is the first instalment in a 2-part series. This is due to a change of schedules which meant Alex and Rob were no longer able to finish filming together, but the creative choices in bringing those clips together for this edit, Micro Dose, is genius and we’re all for it! The clips here may be few (some of which you may already recognise), but now you can fully enjoy them the way Alex intended.
Since wrapping up this first chapter with Rob, Alex has been hard at work on part two with Blade Life founder Greg Cheney, and it’s already over halfway done!

Franky’s World: The Last City is a rollerblading action-adventure game brought to life by pro skater Franky Morales and game designer Ulysse Prom.
Official Trailer
After three years of grinding, (literally and figuratively) we’re proud to share a game that’s more than just rollerblading, it’s personal. In a future where AI has taken over, humans are harvested as energy sources, with only one place left untouched: The Last City, A shattered piece of earth still floating in the sky. As one of the last free humans, Franky refuses to be plugged in. Born from an industrial explosion, he now wields superhuman abilities telekinesis, insane agility, teleportation, and strength to fight back.
This is not your average rollerblading game. Sure, you’ll be grinding rails, launching off ramps, and flying through futuristic landscapes, but Franky’s World blends fast paced rollerblading with combat, exploration, and a story driven mission to save humanity. Think Cyberpunk meets Tony Hawk with a touch of Tomb Raider and GTA vibes. Roll, fight, and break the system.

Franky’s World is now listed on Steam ; you can support the game and help funding it via their Kickstarter Campaign (Goal: $50k)
