Welcome at 14×41 a well flavoured and tasty non-profit collaboration of Sven Boekhorst and Niels Groenendijk. These two chefs serve a 3 course video meal so the next generation of inline skaters can start cooking their stuff.
Sven started skating at the age of 14 years, and today at an age of 41 he still manages to spice things up when he drops the heat. This meal is free for everyone to enjoy and is well balanced, like his steady grinds on the streets. Whatever your preferred flavour is: He has got you covered in this one: Vert, Street and Park.
VERT EDIT: Amsterdam has a brand new halfpipe and Sven Boekhorst blessed it with his signature style tricks. Technical liptricks and amazing control in the air. The taste of it is well balanced and totally up to date. Hit play and get started.
STREET EDIT: In a search for great spots across the Netherlands Sven Boekhorst and Niels Groenendijk found some heavy hitter street spots. Niels managed to capture a full part of banging tricks and process these into main dish that exceeds all expectations.
PARK EDIT: As an all-round skater Sven makes it all taste good. This part is probably the dish where he truly shows his skills. As a master chef in control, technicality and hammers a park section of Sven Boekhorst is always finger licking good! Check him at skatepark Area 51 where all the proceeds of the donations will go to stimulate the future of street and park inline skaters.
Like the taste of it? Feel free to leave a tip and donate at the 14x41.com website. All proceeds will go to free skate lessons for the youth in Area 51 skatepark. For these lessons, we will work with a new skate instructor. Besides the donations made by you, the chefs of 14X41 will additionally donate 41 of Rollerblade® inline skates to area 51 skatepark for kids to use for free. Will you help us inspire and let the next generation get a taste of what we like? Dig in, donate and enjoy your meal!

Wisse Ankersmit (known from his sick part in PP1 - PLAY) recently made the good decision to move to Amsterdam so we thought why not give the man a proper introduction. We filmed this right after the release of PP2 (PLAY) until the weather got bad or to dark.
Featuring in this edit are some of Wisse’s friends: Randy Abels, Dominik Wagner, Ralf vn de Kerkhof and Adrian Deck. Wisse represents BURNSIDE skateshop and patspang. Music: Big-L - Street Struck, 912 - Sloth.
An edit of what went down at the Amsterdam Knockout 2021 organised by Sven Boekhorst’s SB Events during the Amsterdam Urban Sports Week at the House of Urban Sports. I might have missed some tricks but it’s still a pretty good edit. - Niels Bazelmans (Nielsonwheels.eu).

Ladies and Gents, once again we are coming back with great news and the announcement of a new event of the Shred Da Ground Series this year in 2018. After two great events held in our French capital of Paris, this time we are going abroad for the first time and we’ll set sail to Amsterdam for this year’s next event on June 9!
2017 Official Edit by Cavin Brinkman (Results) Photo: Maxime Hillairaud.
We have been going with the Shred series for four years now, and after the success of our last event we have decided to export our contest to Amsterdam with the support of the local blading scene. It was time for us to visit other countries and push the adventure forward ; with “Shred Da Ground” media coverage already strong beyond the borders of France thanks to the participation of Eugen Enin 2016 and Sam Crofts in 2017.
Our shared love for blading keeps growing everyday, and as Paris’ last events gathered so much euphoria and excitement, our wish is to share such great times with bladers from all over Europe, for the love of the passion gathering us ; which, after all, builds the common grounds of our lifestyles. Amsterdam is a European capital that has already held prestigious street comps that didn’t go unnoticed, such as the infamous IMYTA or the “Real Street Contest” series; it is on to us now to keep those positive energies alive.
That is why this year again we are coming to ask for your support because all the riders, photographers and cameramen all deserve to be rewarded, because without them attending the events we wouldn’t be where we are now and because we need them to keep on living and sharing such great times.
