Happy to introduce you to the new street rollerblading project from France: LA RUE BOOK. It is created to bring together high-quality visuals from street skating all around France, featuring French (and not only) powerhouses like Guillaume Le Gentil, Sam Crofts and many new talents.
The last time the riders got together was during the Winterclash in February. Therefore the European Street Team hooked up in Lausanne Switzerland.
Maxime Genoud, who is born and raised in Lausanne showed the guys around in his hometown. Take a look at the manoeuvres by Guillaume le Gentil, Timmy van Rixtel, Warren Digne and Jeremy Suarez. Filmed and chopped by Jeroen ‘Grindhoven’ Wullems.
Guillaume Le Gentil is a very strong force in the Rollerblade family and globally known for his signature style and clean tricks.
Coming from Bordeaux France he has been living in Paris for quite a while now. Paris therefore is known for its romantic atmosphere, Eiffel tower and metro system. As a street skater you are always keeping an eye out for a unique spot to perform you tricks. Well 1 plus 1 is: an impressive video shot by Cavin Brinkman.
Bordeaux is well known for its fine wine. But after watching this video, it is also now for this session of Jan Ebbert and Guillaume le Gentil. The 2 stylists on skates show some proper moves in the city where Guillaume originates from. We can only say one thing: Bon, tres Bon!
Lausanne – August 22, 2015 – Sevelin Urban Festival.

I knew I wasn’t far. I followed the noise and headed down the stairs from the train station. I stumbled upon a 20 stair, square drop rail on both sides of the stairs.
This was the kind of perfect American drop rail that I’ve been looking for the past 15 years! Right then, I knew that I was going to be able to skate these rails.
I was late and excited to meet with my Team Rollerblade brothers and all my friends. I moved on and kept this perfect drop rail spot in my mind for later that day. […]
