You should never have done a skate review, you can barely talk. Im sorry for the hate, but seriously, you couldn’t have put maybe 5 more minutes of effort into the edit. If you want to talk about whats killing rollerblading, its half-assed edits and reviews done by people who have no business being on camera unless they are doing a trick. Quality is important people.

I had a laugh watching that, which is what you need when you’re fresh out of bed.
He could have done a serious Throne review, but then again, you could have typed “Throne review” or something into google and found a review on one of the many other same boot-mould skates.
Throne is a skate that works. Everyone knows that. Same with Salomon. They both work, so they didn’t try to fix them. Some people like them, stick with them, Gonzo’s been on Thrones since he was born pretty much and that works for him.
If you don’t like Thrones, buy another skate.
I can understand the hate if he’d been reviewing like, the first boot of a new company, but he wasn’t, so chill.
While people are hatin’, he’s probably out having a good street sesh, where you should be. Where I should be too actually, nice day outside……later haters!

To BRANDON FLANIGAN:
You have to understand, firstly I’m only criticising because I genuinely do believe people with the attitude that that Cody APPEARS to have is what I feel giving rollerblade a bad image. Its not that I’m against fun and this being a playful review, its the pretentious ‘I’m too cool’ attitude and his general presence that seems to say “I’m trying too hard to seem like I’m not caring when really I do”. I have been skating for 14 years and done more for my sport in my country then I imagine you ever have or will do. You’re Cody’s ‘really good’ friend so you are around 18-19 maybe? Also, of course you are going to stick up for him being his friend but take a step back and view the ‘review’ from our perspective….be honest, it was a waste of time and really the edit wasn’t particularly impressive either. I’m not saying I’m better but the calibre of skating that should be up is replaced with this?! You wanna see GENUINE fun skating, people who really have no ego or arrogance watch the Circue de Sol, eh? edit a couple of pages back.
This whole everyone has to pretend skating is soooo cool and we are all rockstars thing drives me nuts.
Buuuut stick up for your friend, that’s what friends are for. And to the people that say, “Get off the messageboard loser and go skate”, we unfortunately some of us don’t have mommy and daddy to pay for everything, in the real world we have jobs during the day….with computers, hence the messages huh?!

22? LOL your still a baby! 22 is lower than the average age of rollerbladers worldwide, in places like japan and europe most guys are well over 27 (japan average age is 29). You have a very long way to go and a lot to learn. I have been rolling for over 16 years, you can guess my age. Many of us “old fucks” hate the way the younger skaters act in public, thus the “I’m too cool” comments. There is very little respect for the older skaters esp. in america. I was doing this before you were in first grade, learn to respect others opinions.
