  4. marco Says:

i will defenetly buy this owerworked version of the carbon!!!
looks awesome and it seems that it is possible to change the cuff colours.

its good to see a liner and a cuff, so it will be more comfortable.

    great work deshi :)

  5. xsjado-man Says:

great work deshi??? there usds lol. neways nice

  6. Christian Berg Says:

conferenc realy fucked up the xsjado, as any thing els they do,be ashame!

  7. smoker Says:

those are Carbon II Skates… with a cuff this time

  8. gazza Says:

isn’t the whole reason the carbon was designed was to be light and close to ur foot without the use of a traditional liner.

  9. Fa Map Says:

dfey luk liek sum type ah carbanZ to me.

    man dere fugry

  10. imperial Says:

gazza this skates don´t have a traditional liner. These skates are similar the freeskate skates, same cuff and more padding on the top off de cuff.
I think this will workout the problems of confort and flex due high cuff system in actual carbons.

  11. fools Says:

USD are the best to recycle the old part of their skates…
legacy spoiler sifika liner and deshi carbon boots….
    legarbon!
    yes thx for your improvement….

  12. imperial Says:

ah see these freeskates — powerslide.de/2010/powerslide/ps_freeskate/index.php?cont=sk...

  13. ian grant Says:

  14. Angel Says:

when are dem imperials finally coming out?

  15. Ymerej Says:

it’s dasovic. they look sick as fuck though

  16. tim Says:

    bring back deshi,
deshi carbons are soooo much better than usd’s
these skates look stupid…. doesnt having a big plastic cuff not defeat the purpose of a carbon shell…..bring on the carbon fiber cuff

  17. JP Says:

just deshi carbons with linners and powerslide freeskate S3 cuffs in it. Just a very well made custom, but not a new skate.

Adding a linner and a cuff made a very nice skate for sure… they must feel great in the ankle area.

    Bring on the imperials : ) !!!

  18. The Obvious Says:

FUCK YO OVERHYPED CARBONS! SICK OF THIS SHIT!

  19. Jens Says:

i skated those skates already and all i can say is that these badboys are the shit. Light, pretty, comfortable. perfect to me

  20. pt Says:

No matter what they do over at Conference they will never have streetcred!!
Once a speedskater allways a speedskater!! Lol!!

    !!!!!!!!!!

  22. Lee Doig Says:

mate i cant flipping wait im guna piss my pants if they make me wait anymore

  23. steve Says:

They look like Deshi carbons with remz soul plates and cuffs. The carbons are the first new design in ages and conference seem to screw them up every change they make. Why haide carbon fibre with shit pleather and i mean pleather. Fuck corporate companys.

  24. brad s Says:

if they are usd carbons with a liner and cuff im %200 gettin some.

  25. CK Says:

The Conference will never produce anything the real skaters want. They will put out a product that is half ass and only want the money. This truly does defeat the purpose of the carbon skate. People need to stop supporting shit companies like USD and the Conference because they will not do anything for the skater and will only think about themselves. Support skater owned companies and you’ll see that in the long run, they will produce the better products and will only get better. The Conference will bring down brands like USD and Xsjado just like they did with Deshi. Don’t support The Conference people!

  26. tim Says:

ck: stop whining…. conference make products that work.
when you say ” support skater owned companies” do you mean “everyone buy nimhs even though theyre bulky and heavy (unlike carbons)” just because the company is run by skaters.
pretty much everyone that works for the conference skates in some way shape or form anyway so stop dissin the company just because they have the money from other products to inject straight into the aggressive market.
    peace. x

  27. Xak Says:

If USD and Razors didn’t exist you all would’ve been skating M12s. USD is the company that is most responsible for the progress rollerblading made through all these years.
@CK how are they putting products that are “half ass”? For less then 200 euros you get a great skate with a great liner, great frame, solid wheels and bearings. Name one other company that offers the same for that price (and not be a 6 months old discounted product). Grow up people, not everyone is a parasite living off their parents, some people actually have to make money to support them self and pay expenses. EVERY company makes money, no one works for free, yet USD brings you affordable skates with super high performance.
Anyway can’t wait to see what they will release, i’m currently a Carbon rider and i mostly interested if they will release a new carbon skates and i’m super hyped for the imperials.

  28. Russ Says:

their the new USD imperials and Jeff Dalnas is riding him in his new edits and CK stop your bitching man you people on this board are a bunch of crybaby bitches always complaining about something seriously shut up sit back and enjoy life

  29. baby Says:

CK, that comment made me lose respect for you. you are still a fucking rollerblader, and hating on any brand in rolling is useless. yeah, powerslide is not skater owned, cry me a river. they still do things that skaters want and have people close to the market like oli benet. they are really one of the only companies making any innovations at all… which other companies are actually making NEW boots? the razors SL was the last one, and look how long that took.

i dont really see how nimh is doing anything that skaters want… they still use the same heavy ass boot that people have been skating for over a decade. same with valo and other companies. ill support the people that bring out new products and improve skate technology, not just buy some old mold because a skater is selling it.

  30. JP Says:

I hate to hear about this “skater owned” bullshit.

Companies like USD and Razors are the ones who were here to support us the whole time. If skaters that quit when money left have our respect (some are comming back, noticed?), why don´t respect for the companies that never left?

You say “buy nihms”, but nihm distribution is small yet and many many countries don´t have them. Distribution demands investiment… you´re too safe thinking just about usa\europe scene.

Imagine a world with nihms and create originals, only. Than, our sport wouldn´t grow, we would be spinning in the same thing forever… just looking for inside our industry and staying underground forever. STUPID… this goes against all that leads our sport to global recognition.

I say SUPPORT the companies that supports us, being it skater owned or not.If montain dew re-started paying athletes, wouldn´t you drink it? Or any other big company, like LEVIs back in the day. I sure bought jeans when aaron had the sticker on it´s helmet.

    All you do is complain.

good luck changing from carbon fiber to a brick…

  31. JR Says:

I actually like the concept- like combining carbons, k2s, and remz os into one skate. Very curious on how they ride. No matter what anyone says, the basic principles of the carbon skate is def how skates should be, like how Remz/Out’s original freedom of feet design started. And–just like the Chris Haffey 2.0′s– I think it’s a good thing to try and improve on the original concept.

About the “skater-owned” debate, support skater-owned AND innovation. If you are hating on the company that brought you the original Thrones, then you seriously have problems.

  32. harry k Says:

ya they’re not carbons… IMPERIALS!! if you listen to brett’s interview they’re pretty much carbons but with a sweet cuff which is higher up on your ankle so you pretty much have nice controll, also the liners are built in too. either way support the conference! support every rollerblade company they all need help in this shitty economy, and i like the idea of how usd is trying to release a carbon skate which is cheaper for the average joe or student with no job.

  33. Anonymous Says:

    there called usd imperials…

  34. rollerblading is gay Says:

i guess you stupid fucks dont understand how carbon works and how it wont work as a fuckin cuff. stupid fucks

  35. dominic sagona Says:

as sweet as the carbons are, that skate for me personally has always been a little on the light side. i need a little weight to throw around. this looks like a pretty interesting middle ground. something between the weight of a carbon and a throne.

  36. Satan Says:

That CK Dude made the most stupidest comment EVER!
First: The Conference IS SKATEROWNED! Matthias Knoll (Conference Owner) was the very first dude in germany and later europe to distribute skating clothes and stuff.
If they sell other stuff these days too, well i don’t care, this guy and all the thing he did stand very clear for that there is no one to fuck with USD / The Conference.
USD is probably the one company Rollerblading has to thank the most.
If you say that people should stop buying Conference Stuff you can as well just say that you wish Rollerblading was dead.
Because that is what would happen.

  37. Satan Says:

Oh well and because that point wasnt clear: Matthias Knoll is a super old school rollerblader / speedskater who used to sell wheels out of his car when most of us were not even existing.
Dissing that dude is more than poiontless

  38. brett dasovic Says:

The skates you see me blading in and in those pictures are not usd imperials they are carbon2s with cuffs. they are fucking incredible or i would still be blading my ufs thrones. they have all the support and light weight agility of the carbon, but now they have a cuff which allows for more forward flex and good motion!

  39. Jordan Says:

Hells yes! I am totally getting this skate when it comes out.

  40. alex Says:

    i love chris hack!!!!!

    he s soooo good!!!

    love to spain!

  41. Salt Says:

Those skates that Brett is riding are fucking mad sick.
If those are the carbons with cuffs I think I just found
my newest skate. Goodbye xsjado, hello USD =)

  42. nkjh Says:

    Colin,
If Powerslide is so evil why is your brother and fish still on the team?

  43. JP Says:

I always wondered how a carbon would feel with one of those demetrios neoprene linners (that came in his legacy skates)…

  44. filip Says:

hey brett how much higher are those carbon 2 cuffs than the first usd carbons?

  45. RJ Says:

anyone that thinks CK is Colin Kelso ….IS FUCKING IDIOT…

  46. no Says:

im all for skater owned, but the thing is with nimh, if usd and razors werent around shima and elliot wouldnt have gotten to where they are today, those companies helped build them up to where they are now, and made them money enough to start there own company. skate what you like but we are too small of a community to be hating on each other

  47. lp Says:

i really like my carbons. does this mean the ones out now without cuff wont be around next year.

  48. randy Says:

    dalnas pro model?????

  49. Marian Says:

TO CLEAR THE FOG A LITTLE:

-NO, THESE ARE NOT IMPERIALS. THESE ARE USD CARBON II HYBRIDS (Testing samples with a substitute cuff for now)

-REAL NEW CUFF IS ALREADY IN THE MAKING AND LOOKS RAD!

    -THERE IS NO EXTRA LINER.

-NEW SHIT: ONE PIECE TONGUE, A SECOND PLATE WITH DIFFERENT GROOVES IS IN THE MAKING, NEW ABSORBER IN THE MAKING, NEW BUCKLE

-LOOK: RESEMBLEs THE FIRST DESHI CARBON APART FROM THE CUFF AREA OBVIOUSLY. LOOKS VERY SLIM EVEN WITH THE (REAL) CUFF ON IT.

-THE SKATE IS STILL VERY LIGHT! DON’T WORRY!

    -CUFFS WILL BE CUSTOMIZABLE (COLORS)!

-FLEX AND SUPPORT AS AGGRESSIVE SKATING REQUIRES DUE TO EXTERNAL MOVEABLE CUFF(HYBRID IS THE WORD), YET KEEPING THE ADVANTAGES OF THE CARBON MATERIAL SUCH AS CONTROL, LIGHTNESS OR AGILITY.

-CONFERENCE IS SKATER-OWNED! ANYONE SAYING OTHERWISE IS SIMPLY MISTAKEN.

-I’M TESTING THEM SINCE 2 WEEKS AND THEY SKATE FRIKKIN AWSOME!
A REAL INNOVATION AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE ORIGINAL CARBON CONCEPT. EVOLUTION AND REVELATION AT ONCE!

-USD STRICKES BACK DESPITE ALL DOUBTS! ;-)

  50. INFIDEL Says:

Hands down people, the CONFERENCE or Powerslide is not evil!
    That is absurd!
Those people work hard to make new things happen and contribute a lot to the industry. Stop stupid hating, what is wrong with you!
True innovations on a regular basis come from the conference!
You should be lucky to have the CONF alive and thrilled to do more and support this sport, it’s really not about abusing us to make money for the big evil brand conglomerate…
who thinks that is a FOOL!

It makes me angry when I see people hating on anything really.
Isn’t that just too easy? The Conference cares and it hurts to read stuff like this.
If you have an issue or ideas of improvement send them an email and let them know in a respectful way, easy as that.

Don’t just erode this fragile industry from the inside!

    THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

  51. lp Says:

what was wrong with the carbons out now?
the only thing could improve the carbons would be a carbon that looked like a classic throne.

  52. michael Says:

USD is owned by a skater..wtf are you talking about colin and stfu you whiny bitch.all i hear from your mouth is bull shit.your just a rollerblader..no one cares what you say .your no jordan or celeb like you think you are.you have huge ego you stupid fuck.if you could keep your mouth shut maybe you’d get that 500 bucks a months.but now you get nothing, bc your a dumb shit.lucky for you , you can suck daddies dick for a few more years and you can skate for 3 more years then fade away and be forgotten.

  53. filip Says:

    im pre-ordering this bizzniss >:)

  54. JP Says:

    POWERSLIDE FOR LIFE : )

    marian, i want a 44 sample NOW : )

  55. filip Says:

yeah you guys should send me a pair of 9 US. you guys’ll need the feedback to see how they hold up in mexico :D

  56. reality Says:

CK shut the fuck up you whining spoiled little bitch. The fuck would you know about anything. Get off your parents teets and do something worth while with your life.

  57. Derek Says:

Classic Thrones Classic Thrones Juice Tumor Juice Tumor! USD make it happen

  58. Anonymous Says:

so i dont give a fuck what yall want to say but to me carbons r not for every one yes i do skate usd carbons and i like it a lot and skating any other skate just isnt the same any more and when i first started skating the carbons it seemed really fucked up to me but i just need to brake them in
also to me that skate looks like the JOJO TRANFORMER skate by USD with some carbon soul plates on it look at it again the cuff looks the same and toe looks the same and the liner looks the same

  59. Chris Says:

The carbon is too stiff for me but I hav enever enjoyed an overly stiff or tight boot. Being able to have some freedom in my feet offers me what i feel is more confidence, comfort and control. Probably a great skate for the ripper throwing hammers all day everyday and has the time to break in those stiff bitches.
