3:41 – back fast to tru soul! Nicest trick ive seen

  3. marco Says:

thats why valo is the best team in the whole world forever!

valo is the new usd team from back in the days (eisenberg, shima, julio, baumstimler, latimer, gillan, petty, …) !!! :)

when the valo light comes out i will change my skates company the last time in my life! Valo4life!

  4. yes! Says:

    to valo
you promote yourselves better than any other company… having a team edit form a contest makes them look better than any of those people… and it makes it look like you actually care about skating.. go valo and thank you for these edits and documentation of your travels on themgoods.

    to other companys
quit doing things valo doesn’t do.. document your travels. have easy to view easy to navigate websites, have a good team

  5. Catalin Says:

Valo light will be the first Valo skate that I take in to consideration when thinking about buying a new pair of skates !!!

  6. Fonseca Says:

    Erik B just killed it!!

  7. Anonymous Says:

yeah, you guys look amazing when we don’t have Julien Cudout or Brian Aragon to compare you to. LOL

and it looked like Soichiro tore up the prelims. Why didn’t he get advanced to the Finals?

  8. Anonymous Says:

did I mention that Julien Cudout got 1st and Aragon 2nd? But I guess Valo is happy these days just to make it to a final. It didn’t happen at the World Finals last year, and not at WinterClash, so I’m glad you guys got thrown a bone FINALLY.

Just wondering, was Jon Julio a judge?

  9. Anonymous Says:

I noticed that B Smith does in fact do spin to win tricks (fakie 270 royale, almost got a fullcab trutopsoyale).

The only difference is that he spins less and doesn’t win.

Just wondering, was Jon Julio a judge?

  11. dave Says:

like valo a lot. may not be throwing down as big and technically difficult tricks as Cudot (who did deserve the win) and Aragon, but they fit well together and have personality.

would have been nice to see AB skate more than 1 obstacle. surprised he even competed, JJ probably pushed him to. Don’t know how Shima made the finals, would have liked to see Soichiro instead

  12. Anonymous Says:

It sucks that pros are so happy just to be skating in the finals while amateurs like Julien Cudout, Roman Abrate and CJ Wellsmore are taking over the world. Who’s really pro? The person you call the best in the world or the person who beats them on a consistent basis?

  13. Anonymous Says:

hey, did anyone else notice that there are only six 5 star WRS events this year, and half of them take place in the US? Looks like the industry is trying to stack the deck in the hopes of crowning an American World Champ again. JC obviously ruined their plans by winning Bitter Cold. HAHA

  14. Anonymous Says:

I noticed they changed the line up of 5 star events this year so that there is an equal number of US and European contests (3 and 3). Does this mean the industry is hoping for an American champ this year? hmmmmm

  15. Scott Wilcoxson Says:

Bailey ao top acid on the rainbow was nuts!

  16. JSF Says:

no, julio was NOT a judge!

  17. chester wallace Says:

valos on iTunes….theyre obviously doin SOMETHING right!

    so go kill yourself!

  18. Dan Bond Says:

Just to set this completely straight -anyone can put their shit on Itunes. My scrappy little band did it and it took about 4 weeks and £30. Its not an acheivement.

That said, being the 8th best selling documentary on iTunes IS, I am stoked for them.

Also, alley oop topacid on the rainbow, despite being a short grind, was one of about 4 tricks even done on that rail, despite the best in the world skating the park. No one else topsided the rail I don’t think and only Cudot did a hard trick on it (True mis) and Alley oop topacid is way harder.

  19. Anonymous Says:

getting a film on itunes is way more impossible than your bands shitty music. Why do you think it hadn’t been done until now?

  20. AnthonyMedina Says:

Man some of y’all are fucking ignorant or just young and dumb. Winning comps isn’t everything to guys who have been killing it for 10+ years. It’s something they do for fun and whether they win or not, they don’t care.

“It sucks that pros are so happy just to be skating in the finals while amateurs like Julien Cudout, Roman Abrate and CJ Wellsmore are taking over the world. Who’s really pro? The person you call the best in the world or the person who beats them on a consistent basis?”

Are you new to the industry or something? These same pros that are “happy just to be skating in the finals” are the same ones that made names for themselves winning comps years back. Obviously the ams are going to skate harder on a more consistent basis, they’re still trying to make a name for themselves, they have more to prove.

  21. YALLSUCK Says:

ROLLERBLADING AIN’T ABOUT WINNING CONTESTS, AND JUST CAUSE YOU WIN ONE DOESN’T MAKE YOU A PRO OR COOL EITHER. VALO IS SICK, NOT JUST AS A BRAND BUT AS A CREW – A MOVEMENT.

  22. Thom Says:

I loved this edit. Valo as a team always come across so well. Brilliant!

  23. Anonymous Says:

Valo is becoming irelevant. They need better pros. USD is now the hot thing and Cudot was SO MUCH BETTER than the entire Valo team it was embarrassing.

  24. www.myspace.com/djwrekshopmusic Says:

Wow this was soo good and professional.
Great to see E Bailey skating good and placing high in competitions again.

Alex Broskow- back fastslide to true soul was unreal!

  25. Anonymous Says:

Is that you Quinn? …..Leaving those negative comments. Or someone else with the same skewed mentality. You may understand some day young Skywalkers.

  26. Mad props Says:

Much respect to Valo. Yall know how to promote a product well without beating into peoples heads. I believe that strong products sell themselves and successful campaigns, marketing elevates.

  27. jim from detroit Says:

Valo=the good stuff, cant say one bad thing other then i cant find the bag i bought.

  28. Anonymous Says:

Sorry, but only one edit should be made for this comp – Cudot and USD. With the exception of Aragon, everyone else sucked in this comp – ESPECIALLY Broskow.

  29. Qft Says:

Qft. But dont forget baileys tricks were insane.

  30. Anonymous Says:

I am anonymous so I can say stupid things and be a hater cause I have no balls and no clue. Go anonymous!!! Show how stupid you are. Kids…. thinking like kids acting like kids.

The good thing is that these idiots will hopefully mature and grow a set. By then they will have the wisdom to repsect those that paved the road before them. Or… conversly, they will continue to be spoiled little bastards who’s satisfaction come from steril keystrokes rather than from improving the skating community and industry.

So… anonymous, go to your room and jerk off again. You do that enough and your balls may pop out!! Feking wanker!!

  31. Anonymous Says:

These same pros that are “happy just to be skating in the finals” are the same ones that made names for themselves winning comps years back.

So it follows that tomorrow’s pros will be the ones who make names for themselves winning comps now. To me, that sounds like Roman Abrate, Julien Cudout, and CJ Wellsmore, none of whom ride for Valo. Looks like Valo is NOT the future after all, but at least they won a comp or two “years back.”

  32. marcus Says:

The entire Valo company and his team are making a good joob, very professional =]

  33. Peter from nycity Says:

you can tell there are noobs on this page. people like you dissing skaters for not winning ruin the sport. there is more to life than winning, its about enjoying the thing you do and having a good run. everybody on team valo rips shit apart if you have 2 eyeballs and even bothered to watch valo4life. they love what they do, u never see them talk about winning comps in interviews.

you guys need to learn a lesson so please read :

IF WHAT YOU LOVE TO DO IS COMPROMISED BY ANYTHING, THEN IT DIES AND CEASES TO BE A PASSION.
