Some updates on the chinese Moon frames (Xsjado Mook Counterfeits): it seems that the Dustin Latimer artwork was removed from the packaging (check this post) and they added a white Moon logo on the sides of the frames (thanks O22y).
Xsjado Mook Frames Counterfeit
1. Take a look at the top picture above, the frames and the packaging artwork seem to be familiar. The frames are a Xsjado copy, the brand (and you might find this funny) is Moon (doesn’t that sound close to Mook, which is the name Xjsado uses ?).
2. The artwork on the packaging comes from the Quality Dvd by Dustin Latimer & Jb Snyder, they just took the dvd’s cover artwork (featuring the Latimer silhouette) and added a Moon at the top right.
The frames are sold in Beijing (China) by Zhou Jian, owner of the Tornado Club shop (thanks O22y).

I’m always amazed to see how much patience people put sometimes into something they really like. Creating those finger skates surely took a good moment to its author ; the fun stuff is that they look so real (and cute) that they seems to come from the shrinking machine of Honey, I Shrunk the Kids.
up : Aye kiddies, Viva la revolution!! Now hop on the Xsjado bandwagon like the rest of the foolish looking critters on this shirt. YEAAHAHAAHA!!

We have a new edit up on the Xsjado download page of Farmer. Some of you may have seen a lot of this footage in videos like Feet and Quality, but the edit hosts a few new tricks (we’re saving the majority of his new stuff for the Mindgame video) and was put together by Farmer himself.

One day i sat down and started fooling about with some parts and came up with this.
The buckle is only on one side but it doesnt matter, because you do the strap on the inside of the boot as tight as u want 1st, and then you do up the double buckle. It is tightened with the bolt that holds the straps together, if you want to try this (you probably wont) its kinda hard work ad u need to rele push the bolt in to catch the thread. […]

Xsjalomons, Xsjado / Salomon Concept,
using a Salomon Vinny Minton 2 Boot.
Me and my mate were bored as poo one day when it was raining so we decided to make these…
Basically they are salomon skates with the top of the boot cut off, the cuff v cut and cut into the xsjado cuff shape, a tongue put on the buckle, a like velcro/metal thingy off sum crappy sk8s trapped underneath the frame for the instep thingy and sum random elastic for the toe strap.
this started off as just a joke, but now im sk8in em instead of my TRS alphas bcos theyre so good.
