Louis Zamora & the K2 Fatty Pro 2011, TRON Style.
The K2 Fatty Pro aggressive inline skate has been known as a classic for over a decade and still one of the best street / vert skates ever built.
All black in 2011, the K2 Fatty Pro is UFS compatible, has the perfect fit of K2′s patented Softboot construction and a backside plate that allows Royals that are smooth like butter.

Note: the skates in the video are not K2 Fatty Pro 2011 but recolored K2 Varsities (unedited video). Thanks Machtroua & Anthony Medina.

New K2 review – Josh Jones – Grand Rapids, M.I.

Josh Jones with his brand new K2 Varsity‘s. Quick edit in the beginning, followed by a review of the skates towards the end.
Swedish K2 veteran Martin Ericson skating the new samples from K2.
He used to be on the K2 Team in sweden back in the early 90′s.
He is now pushing his 30′s but still got game after so many years of being inactive within the swedish skating community.
We are all happy to get one of our biggest veterans back in the game.

Thanks Rawkus JR.

Well it’s been a while, but now K2 is officially releasing another aggressive skate to add into the mix. Our neighborhood friendly K2 rep just dropped by the shop the other day to show us the new K2 Varsity Skate which is set to be released very soon.
This fresh new K2 Varsity Skate features a new soul plate which is such to turn heads. They’ve gone a different direction toward more of a hardboot style soul, contrary to their classic K2 Fatty Skate.
More Infos on RW.
Thanks Matthew.

Ok if these are fake then that is one amazing photoshop job. K2 has always had the potential to take over the industry again just like they did with the original fatty. But they just couldn’t ever get it right. Hopefully this skate can bring them out of the clearence bin at “insert name here sports” store.
It looks like these have a weird hybrid old sole/UFS sole plate. blending parts of each model to make a new design kind of like voltron but with plastic and less cat’s.

Take a look at those (new?) K2 skates. Thanks Gambia.
K2 updated their website : Great News ! Well not really, first where are the aggressive skates ? not a word about the team, nothing… Where are the Yasutoko Skates, Ben Weiss ?
Oh i found some aggressive skates there ! The concept is a bit wierd : you have the Soul Series where you will find the K2 Fatty pro Skates next to … fitness skates. -Not comments-
Well at least there is a photo of a Rollerblader. I’m not sure that everybody will understand what this is about (hmm ? a man standing on a rail with Inlines Skates on ? Wierd)

The Second Aggressive Pair of Skates are in the Junior Series :

As you already know, like Roces for the Majestic 12, K2 decided to re-release the Fatty pro skates, with UFS support.
