A Glimpse into New York City’s Art of Rolling.

Magazines are very expensive to put out. They come in all forms and all sizes. But beyond that, there is a point to them which is to convey a message to people and to have it compact yet include tons of information.
Layla and I have been trying to put NYC on the map for skating. This is our way of trying to give back and contribute to the skate scene in NYC that is underground but is still flourishing. We are currently going to be putting out online zines and limited amounts (50-100) free copies of it as well.
In the future we will be working with different photographers in NYC and giving insights on some of the NYC skaters themselves.

New York City photographer Angelo Ferrer is working on creating a new magazine and last night he released it online for FREE! The first issue of the “Art of Rolling†zine features a ton of pictures of NYC’s finest rollerbladers (like Alex Nunez and Trevor Johnson) that Angelo took personally.
