That dude doing the combos up and down the rail on the Bambricks was jivin. CJ’s trick was sick too, the rest was kicked back except for the gingers. No hate on their genetic predisposition but their skating was wac.

It’s ratatat! How could you not know that? it sounds like every other song they have ever done, surely a way over used artist for edits that in my opinion usually isn’t used well like in this edit. They probably found it on Pandora.
Man, call it hate or whatever, but this video looks exactly like what happens when awesome technology (cameras, dollys, fluid heads, gildecams etc) becomes readily accessible to the general public. Anyone with a little bit of cash can go get what they would need to put together an awesome edit, but as a result you get a shit ton of GENERIC looking edits with crappy skating.
Sorry, but someone has to say it. With the level of stuff that is being put out there for FREE this video just can’t compete, skate wise for sure, but also filming wise.
There are too many cookie cutter people with cameras and editing setups!!!!!!

I’m never one to hate or judge anyone’s rollerblading based on there appearance, skating says it all for me. I have been skating for 15 years and recently took a 3 year break from skating because of an injury and now that I’m back I must say I’m saddened by the direction rollerblading is going. The level that it takes to be in a mainstream rollerblading video that gets any profits is so low, it disgusting. I mean damn I remember 10 years ago I was doing pretty much every trick in this video, top soul this bs royal that. There is those one offs like Danny Jensen and CJ but everyone else is skating at a very low level to be marketable to anyone. Robbie Pitts looks like a cool guy and may be one of the nicest guys around but doing makio on a 6 stair and doing 180 for 6 feet shouldn’t be on the internet. Go back to your local skatepark and enjoy the art of rollerblading. Don’t just do simplistic tricks so you can tell everyone outside of your rollerblading friends how your in big name videos and brag how good you are. haha and YES I’m aware that it is a leftovers edit. But who can argue with me that this is the new COOL way to Rollerblade. The internet is ruining rollerblading based on the constant need to update, instead of having quality control and working on a profile with not just every trick you landed in the past three months. I used to love that aspect of skating how because they are attached we can jump and do the biggest obstacles. Now rookies that can barely do a handrail to save there life are getting full profiles. Did I miss something can anyone explain this to me?

I’m down with showing the simpler tricks alongside hammers and gnarlyness. Means the non-rollerblading kids out there see something they can relate to and think “hey, that looks fun, I could do that, ima gonna get me some blades.”

Sad to say but the skating is just too slow and not good enough to be enjoyable. Watching the whole thing became a chore towards the end.

Well I heard that Robbie Pitts DID molest Matty Ogger and THEN threatened to molest Craig Smith if he didn’t give him a section. Craig agreed against his better judgement and when asked for comment Robbie said “I can neither confirm nor deny the statement”

I would like to pay my resects to the dudes in this video. They’re out there skating hard and getting clips. I’ve had the privilege to skate/film/chill with Issac and I can say from first hand experience that he has paid his dues. He is a stand up guy and an extremely talented skater. If the skating looks easy thats because the guys doing it are good at it. I don’t understand the mind set of people who put it down mugging the skaters of saying shit like “that ledge was too small” or “He didn’t grab that fishbrain down the 20 stair drop kink rail”. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to support or encourage people who are skating? Aren’t we all in this together?

I think I already need to remind you this is a SCRAPS edit, meaning it didn’t make it into the video for a reason, both skating wise and filming wise.
I’ve done the ‘pretty footage’ video, not every DVD is trying to save the state that rollerblading is in; or to compete with large budget snowboarding videos, we are just a bunch of dudes that made something for non-potato goers to enjoy.

but this guy is asking for criticism. for some reason he feels the need to make his head look like albino osama? people like farmer can pull off a unique look because they can back it up with their skating and dedication, but this dude doesnt seem to be doing anything worth filming. yet he skates with that swagger that everyone can see yet cant put their tongue on… it just pisses you off. show me you can skate, and then i will respect you.

Very tidy. Whilst some of the tricks arent visually appealing, are actually quite difficult when you think about it.
However, to be honest, i found it extemely boring. full of little tricks on little obstacles.
His clothing style is not my cup of tea, but if his skating was dope it would cover it up (pretty much the case for me with farmer), however Robbies skating does nothing for me either
Which leads me to my biggest problem with him, which is that he appears to be sponsored simply for being a nice guy, because i cannot justify it for any other reason.
i better stop here before i hurt someones feelings….
