It’s a huge velcro starp on top.
Are the side holes for ventalation? they’re huge!
Those look like the Rob Thompson huge soul plates but with no groove, kind of like the Nihms.
rollerblade got weird, velcro straps on the top instead of a buckle, and buckels in the ankle part.
How big are the soul plates? How much gridning space?

the buckle was taken off. good choice, i could see that buckle lasting only a few skate sessions before snapping off. they might not be that bad. i replaced the buckle on my remz with the velcro strap and it works fine

TRS, it seems, has not yet realized that it’s time to evolve. Xsjado evolved, Razors evoloved with the SL, and Deshi did with the Carbons.. But TRS is stuck in the past: they make ugly skates that look like every other rollerblade on the planet.
I really hope they change their style. Because no one will want to buy these skates.

Devolution if you ask me.. Get a shitty rec boot and stick some home made plastic things on the side? Brilliant. Reminds me of my old Bauers that i made into aggro skates..
Brands should be going in the way of Deshi, Xsjados and even the new Razors mold.. pushing skating along, not digging up old ideas.

I love how all the people who run their cock suckers about these skates are the ones who have never skated them… You are bashing it for it’s mere looks? How childish of you. I think skating in butt hugger pants makes a guy look like a transvestite(sp) but that doesn’t keep me from watching Broskow or hundreds of other trend following rollerbladers, because frankly if their skating is sick it’s sick and I will watch it for the SKATING!!! Just like all you haters should skate a skate for the feel of it not it’s looks. No wonder there are so many of you lame asses who can barely jump on a p-rail because you are too worried about how you and your skates look rather than HOW you skate. I dunno maybe I am just older than all you children when you get out of high school and get into the real world you will understand. They kinda make sense to me. If you think about it, rec and speed skates have way more comfort and better fit than our skates as it is these skates that have the most research and development put into them. They are the skates that make all the money. It makes sense to use a rec skate, or in the case of deshi, base it on a speed skate (that have been using carbon fiber and leather boots for ages now incidentally) and turn them into aggressive skates.
So they may not be the best looking skate, but I’m sure they’ll skate nice, be comfortable and fit better than any mold Razors have made since the original cult models, which happened to be based on rec skates themselves (thats just an opinion, I haven’t tried the SL models. Didn’t get on too well with gens).
There’s no point in sticking your nose up at ideas that come from outside your little part of skating if they’re going to benefit us is there?

In my defense I should say that Iused to use rollers with hard boot (I’ve used to use rollerblade, roces… etc…) Never get used to it…
The only skate (hard boot) I’ve used, that was enough comfortable to skate them for a whole day, was the Razor shima 2 and 3…
But I like more the soft boot kind of skate (K2 Fatty Pro, Remz even Xsajado even this skate desn’t like me very much)…
But this skate looks, as I said, like a fitness skate ported to aggressive… Just look at the link I left first, it’s the same boot but made aggressive…
I don’t think I can like it…

About the skates though i think that they skate AMAZING so all of you lot that are saying you will never buy them your just posing cunts. Also though i do think that they look good without the buckle. Think im gonna get myself a paid when they come out here.

Ive heard from those who actually use them that they skate better and flex better and all that than the old trs, they just lack on looks. But truthfully there arent many skates out there that i like 100% lookwise besides maybe classic thrones with sifika 714′s. I still feel they shouldve left the midsoul and soul parts from the older skates on there, they had the right idea with that big ass groove in the pt 8. probably introduction skates like ^ said

these skate are awesome !!!! 6 of my friends already skate them and they told me they skate well !!
they feet perfect to the foot with many buckles and the strap seems very solid !!
important point also ==> for girls the skate is avaible in size 36-37 EU it means girls got a skate for their lil’ feet !!
cuff is replacable just need to break the stuff and replace with other one you can screw !! i like too much xsjado to leave them but for sure I’ll try these new solos soon !!!

i skate these and i love them.
the buckle, which everyone hates, is the best part of the damn skate. i can loosen the cuff a little more and still have my foot secured in the boot without any heel lift.
the frame base practically rides on your foot making the skate super responsive.
the materials used and craftsmanship of the skate is remarkable!
most of the negative comments on here are egotistically based. rollerblade made something that looks like exactly what it is…a fucking inline skate! not something that looks like every wood pushers shoes at my local park. grow up.

ok ive tried these out for a month and the whole back peice of the soul plate came off right b4 bitter cold. they feel like solamons streight up and have the support of a recreational skate. think about it. but they alide so amazing its not funny.

These skates are really good!
Like the shockabsorber, Liner, Flex and speed when grinding!
Compared to the previous TRS Rollerblade skates really made big innovations. Keep in mind this is the first one of the new line. ACan’t wait for the 010 one’s!

damm look at them, they don’t even have a cuff screw!!! this is horrible! Access and the old broskows were cool, looked like shoes, now this looks like stupid recreational or speed boots, its just terrible! rollerblade not only fired julian bah, as it is totally going back in time, how can they make something like this? my goshh… I feel sorry for rollerblade…
