the frames are as basic as GC’s or kizer fluids. I guess they skate pretty much the same.

The Velco white JJs look good, I will get a pair and cut the boot and have M types on them and they will ride fine. Remember you make your skate your kate doesnt make you. If you think abou it people could ride in any kind of skate and do the same tricks. Eric Bailey rode USD and now Valo and he is still good.

listen cocksuckers, it is obvious valo’s are basically majestic 12 boot shells with cloth covering over them, with the liners being slight enhanced w/ aesthetics, the frames are ufs, and the m12 boots have UFS soul plates on em. in other words, it’s basically an ufs m12 with skins for $100-150 more.
seriously, did you ever think jon julio can run a company properly? he never innovates, half his shitty companies die off within several runs or months (tops), and his quality sucks (e.g. dyna wheels, synergy bearings, england — lol what has england done lately, united, headcaselive…etc. I mean, “headcaselive”??? who the fuck is jon kidding?). seriously, i tell you: i bet you from this day on, til three yrs from now, the valo skates will be EXACTLY the same with no innovation whatsoever, except the only thing that they will change are the skins.

the frame wont be as basic as you think, jon’s changing them, making improvements, theyll for sure be better then ables, damn sure. and the velcro is HOT trust me. im getting blakc ones FOR SURE.

for over $300 you can have a pretty looking M12 with a completely USELESS frame. you would think you would get better parts but this is just a scam.
you are fucking paying $170 for a pair of soleplates and a shitty skin that rips in a week. shit for $40 i could slap a pair of cult soles on and then tear apart a pair of jordans to make some skins, saving myself $130!!!

the major difference between the UFS M12 and the Valos is pretty much the soul plate style.
the boot shell is pretty much the same, the cuffs the same, the buckle system the same, the liners the same minus aesthetics, the frames slightly different in shape and thickness, and the wheels and bearings are like any wheel and bearing.
in essence, the only major difference is the soul plate shape and style. and the fact that the roces dont have skins.

meh, powers traps weren’t necessarily there for aesthetics, nor were they a velcro-gimmick. they served a purpose by tightening bulky, overly loose skates. such as oxygens, or old school trs skates.
but yeah, people are over paying valos…cause in the end theyre practically just getting “skinned roces m12s.” with a slightly improved soul plate.

im no fan of the velcro. but i cant believe people would choose m12 over valos. m12s are the same crap design since 1900s. Theyre are a bitch to modify. unless of course you dont wana pay 500 for valos, i understand that. valo improved the life of them with skins, they look nicer, much better 3 pce souls and now an interesting looking frame. i admit the liners suck but u can replace them. i hope they modify the boot sooner or later to.

every skate these days cost 200-300 bucks. It’s now the point to discuss. The designs are hot, some people will feel comfortable in them - some will not, it depends on your feet.
