I must say i have a pair of rollerblade rb 10 with no brakes on them, and there is nothing better then coasting in the streets faster then everything around you, Im able to weave through traffic just off the fact that im going faster then the cars, this edit shared that feeling thanks.

SO Glad I quit rollerblading when I did.
All you lot do is argue, and slag off one another. Which is alright for a while…but fuck me, your like a bunch of woman on here. Rollerblading will die out soon enough because you’re eating away at yourselfs and you’re own sport.

One of the cleanest representations of rollerblading these days. Taking the speed and essence of speed and recreation and combining the technicality of aggressive and with style of a hockey breakaway and a clear demonstration of rollerblading is a great exercise and one of the best ways to get out there and see the world! Life isn’t all about finding sick rails hidden away in schools.
When most of us travel from spot to spot if not driving, then at no more than slightly faster than snails pace but try going out there and doing this and don’t be surprised when you almost break a kneecap for pushing your abilities!
I live in London and I’m surprised he didn’t get run over or punched for skating around like that! For getting recognised by Rollerblade, then this guy deserves respect and good on him for doing what he wants to do!

Rollerblade’ve got 10 years late, salomon created the FSK! Néou was the man, back in a days at the FISE (Palavas) he did fishbrain on the rail 5 meters long, shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit that was street skating.

Mr. 10 doesnt know his own industry very well or what technical skating is… Greg is a beast on the aggressive blades (he should be on the aggressive team too) and he’s smashin in this edit with 90mm wheels going balls fast (didnt even watch the edit but already know) you need to step your game up kiddie… I’d like to see you even jump a stair set going as fast as he does with 90mm wheels, your ankles will most likely buckle, it’s whole other world when rocking FSK blades… You go fast… very very fast… Its like the longboarding of Rolling, compliments it very well…

sooo can you point any other sponsored freeskater better than Greg? He is the rooftop of freeskating. Guys closest in skill to him are Stephane Zuber and Ben Brillante. Zuber isn’t pushing it as hard anymore, he skates for fun of skating, simply – and he have right to, he is already a living legend. Ben is more and more focused on his work, and while he is still ridiculously skilled skater, I’ve seen them both skating live, and Greg is pushing the limits more. When he is skating, it looks like he doesn’t put any effort in to it – he simply flies. Ben is capable of doing most stuff Greg is doing on skates, but with somewhat less elegance and fluidity. Also, Greg is adrenaline addict – he goes for crazy things, because he likes it.
Freeskating world (i mean fsk only, without freestyle slalom) is small and so far only two brands cared for it – RB and Seba. Next year Powerslide will jump in with Powerblading concept. Show me any skater in Seba team who is on the same level as Greg – there is none. They are all slalom guys who practice freeride as side activity, Greg comes from aggressive skating world. They won’t catch up to him, never. Greg is atm the only one guy who deserves pro freeskate model, and that won’t change soon, probably will took years until someone like him will show up again. Chances are that will be someone from Powerslide.

antonie and co arte killers..i saw them at a skatecross event and went freeskating with them
yes greg is smooth fluid ect
but really technically there is nothing too special going on in this edit.
im releasing an edit for powerslide (flow of course not pr)
think its going to be good different to this as blending more different styles opposed to just straight line freeskating

That’s right, you read that right, we all agree that this edit is the best single edit ever brought to Rollernews, lets just get that out of the way. My only criticism is that his wheels just were not big enough. He wasn’t high enough off the ground. And my second criticism was that he didn’t anti-rocker the skates. So next edit, please put on bigger wheels with an anti-rocker. Great video keep it up!
