Bien vu ca !!!! Ca fais plaisir de voir la relève avec cette graine de champion!!!!
Ce jeune est excellent, il a appris trois tricks en l’espace de deux runs !!!

Pour répondre à la critique peu constructive qui précède : le Fise n’est pas mort et cette aire de street était très bien conçue, agréable à skater et proposait une nouvelle approche de la manière de construire un run. En plus vue qu’il y a une ligne quasi unique, on peu rouler à plein sans se géner.
Seul bémol : la visibilité pour le public mais je suis sûr que ça sera améliorer l’année prochaine.
Merci à Yohan pour tout ça, et pour ceux qui critiquent sans avoir participer à cet
événement, restez chez vous à moisir.

Perso je trouve ce style de slopestyle interressant.
La plupart des runs de parks standards sont a mourrir d’ennui (tout le monde ne negocie pas un park comme Jeff Stockwell) ou alors le contest finit par se situer uniquement sur un enorme ledge en mode spin2win.

Le fait que la course soit etalee permets au public d’approcher des modules non? dans le style tour de france.

On Paper slopestyle is kinda cool but in reality its kinda shitty, maybe if the run was twice as long and everyone was on their A Game… i dunno 1 bail and the run is pretty much over thats kinda stupid.
I rather watch 2 guys fight it out B.l.a.d.e style but i guess thats a bit long for a full contest.

Finalement le choix d’un slopestyle était plutôt pas mal. Le seul problème, c’est les caméras qui arrivent 1h30 en retard à cause du BMX, et qui s’en vont 30 minutes avant la fin (et les meilleurs runs) pour aller couvrir le BMX.

slopestyle is actually i think the way to go.. Look at Skiing and Snowboarding. Ya they have a mountain but still. If we can get few more hammer spots in there our sport in contest will grow

My favorite part about this was that the kid was actually attempting to do cool shit. That’s really badass, and even with the bails, this clip was twice as much fun to watch as the pro clips.

I like the idea of slopestyle. kid wasn’t great, he’s okay. He did 360, fakie 5 and messed up on all grinds. for his age he’ll get better, however for a competition he wasn’t good. That back royale and regular royale should’ve been really easy to land and he messed up on both. Kid is really excited though and I look forward to seeing him skate once he gets his tricks more on lock.
