Featherlight Murda Frame

The Featherlite Frame keeps what its name promises: 22% less weight than traditional GC frames yet stronger than ever.
This revolutionary design is the brainchild of Stefan “Horn” Horngacher, one of Europe’s most progressive and innovative skaters. His idea was to make a solid one piece frame, increase the wall thickness in the grinding area but significantly reducing it in the upper area where it will never touch the ground.
The result is a frame which is extremely stiff, light weight and provides maximum strength. The featherlite frame also incorporates GC’s signature symmetrical design and low profile..
Thanks Chris.

These new featherlight frames are hot like fire. I really want to get a pair.
I think this whole new FLT frame idea is one of the best things to come around. GC frames are absolutely the best frames I’ve ever skated so it’s amazing to see Ground Control come out with a more affordable frame option that is just as good as the DI frames.
Keep the cool stuff coming out GC! :)

Ground Control should restock on their Featherlites, especially the white Shima pro models. You can’t find the white ones on US retailers and EU shops only have them on Large.

I don’t think that we will see murda rippin this shit!

@matt:
Why not?
The featherlights are absolutely amazing! Compared to the dual injections they are a lot cheaper and still just as fast and durable! I´ve been skatin the haffey´s for about a month now and they truely are light and fast just as it was ment to be. Best price/eviciency balance ever! Oh and for those who think they´ll bend or break on gaps…they won´t!

I want them!

if you want a good frame fast and light then buy a fluid! I don’t think that he will skate with that cause he is skating freestyle frames that’s all!

I’ve held these frames and they are so light. I haven’t seen any pics or heard about anyone breaking them. I can’t wait to get a pair! I’m getting them for Christmas!!!!

I love these frames. They ride super good.
November 17th, 2007 at 6:08 pm
I love my horns, and I’m guessing people who like to rock the red will love’em too!
I hope they keep the featherlites on the market, casue I don’t wanna pay 65 bucks for the F1s.

Featherlights are teh sex, I always swore loyalty to Kizer fluids, but no more, no more. Featherlights are one of the best frames I’ve ever owned!
November 17th, 2007 at 8:26 pm
I really hope they keep the featherlights on the market. I am not too excited about paying $65-70 for a pair of frames. It’s not gonna kill me to pay that price but yeah I would for sure rather pay $45 when the frames are just as good.
These are light and cheep while the F1’s have a very good cheap replaceable h-block that actually works.
I’m not sure if people realize but GC is really doing some pretty fresh stuff especially with the whole F1 frame with the COMPLETELY replaceable h-block.
