they dont look very nice because they are quite big, take the k2 fattys that are out now, they are one of the best if not the best looking skates, and they are so good to skate

Who needs replacement backslide or soul plates anymore. After skating skates hard for a couple of months the liners and boot is finished so there is no real point to replace parts just buy new skates it will save money. And if you don’t like that just mod it or tough it out. Stop whinning, skates will skate that’s it.

Actually K2 were the first to offer seperate parts. And the DO have replacable soulplates. The problem is though that their distribution is not very good and it’s hell to get spare parts.
But as for the replacable stuff. I replaced the souls on my old K2 Nemesis AND on my (even older) K2 Style point Bobs.

I have skated k2 since the backyards came out and i’ll ride them to death. as much as my boys gave me shit for skating them they have to be the best ride I have skated yet ( and i do alot of comparing), but as for the people who say k2 doesn’t have replaceable parts that’s totally bullshit i have been customizing k2 since the style points (best skate ever made). The only skate out there right now that I think even compares to k2 is valo. so all you fucks that down k2 cause they are to wide and ulgy who fucking cares what they look like its how they ride dipshits. so stop your bitchin about k2 they changed how skates look, feel, and ride. - to all the k2 riders out there peace
