Fucking sweet! The car cutout thing cracked me up! Definitely looks like they picked some original spots for this vid. I was a little bummed to read that there wasn’t gonna be a knowledge section again, but if it’s all spliced into the rest of Barely Dead, it’ll be just as good. Wish i could reserve this film right now.

Oh, and i’ll also add, Doug Urquhart will probably be the one that brings our sport back from the dead. Winning best at the Action Sports Film festival was a big step for us. This looks like award winning material as well. No other “action” sport has the struggle and underground appeal like ours does, and this film should put that all into perspective.

I think rollerblading needed this underground scene, as when we get back on tv, people are going to be like, WOW! Now they are wack.
Who has seen that First Decent movie? It was okay… but the reason why i bring it up is because there were similar trends with snowboarding and blading. All the skiers hated snowboarders so much, and they were also banned from ski fields… thats until boarding became trendy and kool.
Oh and both of our sports wore pretty ugly clothes back in the early days of the sports. Oh and we both borrowed some skateboarding tricks. haha.

What I meant was that the people that viewed our sport to begin with, way back in the day, eg when Rollerblading first go to the X-games our sport was in the early development stages. But when/if we get back to the X-games, the people will see that our sport has developed so much and is wack/insane/crazy/cool.
Maybe blading shouldn’t have been added so soon, but I’m glad they did, because that’s probably the reason I found out about the ROLLERBLADING.
We are so going to part of this movement of Blading becoming “cool” again… the way the top guys are representing our sport is superb, and they really help differentiate our sport from Skateboarding and BMXing, as our sport is much more insane. Haha… I would say that though.
