Man…I never like to hate but that wasnt great. It wasnt tech, stylish fun or really anything that makes rollerblading cool. You should of held out before advertising your DVD. First impressions are everything.

I have the DVD and it Def doesent Suck…Alex Nunez’s Section is amazing and Jeff Dalnas’s Sect just makes you shit urself to sleep…so obviously your a skateboarder or dont know too much about freestyle rolling…The premiere edit was kinda weak though but the DVD is Sweet for sure…And popeye Franco’s style is really Solid and Sick…So go eat some butt

Another film school reject trying to hack it in the real world. The video is garbage. Lacks focus and vision. Made by another rich kid trying to impress his parents to show ‘em that he isn’t wasting his trust fund on coke and whores. Saw his edits of the some comp in NYC and they suck ass. Another wide angle lens classic by some skater with a GL-2 or some outdated shit. Videos or edits like the ones made by this dude show that the production values of these skate video don’t really matter to them. They figure, they have a camera, so they are gonna go out and shoot a half ass video to fulfill their ego and look good for their friends.
Skating has become an art form that needs to represented in a way that outsiders of our sport can appreciate the flow and athleticism of rollerblading. When videos are shot as poorly as Suren’s, his ineptitude as a “filmmaker” waters down the quality of rollerblading videos. Without proper representation, people outside of our sport will simply look at rollerblading they way they been looking at it for the past decade. Simply put, n*ggas need to step their game up big time.

Obviously the star will make you look more intellectual, kudos on that. Secondly, it isn’t a GL-2, I’m quite offended. I also won’t make excuses for my edits. My edits, unlike yours (wait, you had some?) have tons of views & have been favorited and even talked about on Rolling Revival, wait I’ll stop there, I’m not much of a bragger.
So allow me to be modest and say unlike you Thomas LiPani has done more for rollerblading than you ever will. But no need to get up, stay seated, stay awhile there are more posts you missed that need some hating to do. Now get to it!

Appreciate the fact that he put out a video exposing people that no one else in the rollerblading industry cares to expose or that are not getting enough exposure… (There are lots of lazy people who always say they are making a video and never do that…) There are also lots of people who film and just waste all the footy and nothing ever gets used… aka my pet peeve #2. Appreciate the fact, that he is doing more for rollerblading than simply just “rollerblading.” I’d watch the video just to peep out Alex Nunez and Jeff Dalnas rip it up regardless anyone’s opinions. Lastly, I’d rather hate on how skateboarding boss hoggs the market, that’s just me though.
