CK on the other hand….slo mo just makes you apprec his shit so much more!
good shit but maybe white balance next time
This edit is clearly about the artistry of skating, the FINER points, not jock hucking.
All you fools worrying about going big clearly have small dicks. You guys are soooo concerned about looking tough and “extreme” it clearly shows that you have a lot to prove to yourselves and peers. You’re all about “look at me, look at me, I’m so extreme & so much ballsier than skateboarders!”
Real tough guys don’t need the approval of others for confidence. Remain insecure about yours and others blading and you will eventually convince yourself to quit because “you don’t feel cool enough”. Maybe thats the best thing because you truly don’t blade for the love or fun, just for applause and respect.
Bladers need to respect themselves first and maybe you’ll get the respect that you beg for from boarders, bmxers, and the general public. They don’t care how many times you spin, or how long you hold your grinds for, they only see the confidence and style in our sport. THAT, is what stands out. The real reason blading got dropped in 2004 from the X Games is because blading then lacked of maturity and style back in the days. YES thats right, sloppy, hucking, no grab, bad looking crap is what made blading a joke to the other mature refined sports back then, NOT “how big” we go. Street skateboarding contest are HUGELY popular but yet we all complain “how small” they go, doesn’t seem to matter for their sales though. What they have is marketing and STYLE.
great edit. solid core skating. had the pleasure of rolling around san fran with alf years ago and dude is a sick. laid back 5′s over trash cans just rolling to the next spot. dont hate it cause you aint it!
F all this artsy wannabe edits bring on the real deal pussies.
wow he did SWITCH soul on a 3 foot quarter pipe to 4foot 180 gap???? amazing let’s slow mo that shit see how good he looks? mouahahahahahh nice mustache
what is a wannabe edit? isn’t an edit a wannabe section from a video? i’d rather watch something like this than someones horrible shaky footage from 200 feet away of some competition after 5 other videos have come out of the same thing. lets hate on the people that try to do something slightly different because what we have going right now as an industry is so amazing, good plan.
Damn nigga, these niggas gona bring some heat for the battle my crew video. these niggaz got a real nice camera and shit. but still doe we out here nah mean tryin function and shit all day err day nigga.
first off, let me start off by saying “We OUT HERE”!! but yeah what ever. niggaz be actin all brand new and shit with a new camera and shit. nigga wait till we come up with some new rigs. we finna tear this shit up nigga! yea niggaz and niggetz the next chapter is bout to pop off nigga!
I hate that fake, dead arm style the Philly guys all imitate each other with when they land a simple trick. It’s terrible style. and skate some bigger obstacles your making rollerblading look like its for faggots
This was a great overall edit. As soon as I saw it, I knew how much hate it was going to get from the so-called “hardcore” bladers. Great job to Alf, CK, and the filmer. I always enjoy free edits from people with great style. Thanks!
wow, some serious pro level skating right there
filming and editing was sick at least
This is blading, not soccer Says:

don’t recall anyone saying CK needed to fakie seven El Toro in every edit. However, for someone often considered to be one of rolling’s elite, this is pathetically weak shit. and if you want to display the artistry of rolling, a knee high park is just a really, really poor choice.
fuck what skateboarders think; I, a rollerblader, don’t thing basic forward grinds on 2.5 ft quarters and 3′ airs off child sized kickers have any business in a pro edit
the most basic obstacle we all learn on are knee high ledges. Colin can out skate pretty much any skater on knee high ledges minus a select few of the “elite”, so if you can’t out skate him on the most basic obstacle, a knee high ledge, your not a better skater than him and you skipped learning the basics.
basics first young grass hoper! you have much to learn.
What is a skateboard park? lets discuss what the even means because Skateboarders have done el toro… soo does that mean its a skateboard spot before its a blade spot? because i am pretty sure an obstacle can be shredded no matter what you use whethor it be blades or board or bike or scooter… so basically there is no such thing as a spot or an obstacle or a park that is meant for anything specific.
he skates obstacles we all learn on better than chris haffey, in fact he is a better rollerblader than haffey but haffey is a better stunt performer than kelso… if u like stunts and seeing people escape death throw in a haffey section. if you want to see someone with complete control and effortless finesse/creativty then watch kelso… its two different approaches. kelso strives to perfect his technical ability and haffey strives to push the size of the obstacle he skates. kelso does hard tricks that involve skill, while haffey does big tricks that involves guts… its like comparing apples and oranges… i dont want to see haffey skate ledges like i dont want to see kelso skate a mega ramp with a shopping cart
Kids need to have respect and realize what Iv’e done for rollerblading, Haha I haven’t progressed over knee high ledges. This is such an ignorant statement. Watch any video section I have been in. Actions speak for themselves. All you little grommets sit here all day and get riled up over a video or Alf and I having an afternoon of fun in the sun. I’m not out to throw my body at obstacles anymore. I have paid my dues and have done what I was meant to do in rollerblading. Keep lining up for the top soul down the 40 stair if that’s what gives you satisfaction. Dont hate the player hate the game. Ck out Philly Dilly 4life……..
I agree Kelso can skate better than Haffey, like as in he looks more comfortable on blades than haffey but haffey can do way bigger stunts, i mean kelso can do stunts like haffey can skate ledges. but i kind of like them both for who they are and what they offer. they each have made skating harder in their own elements
