Adapt Stealth: Dominik Wagner Pro Boot (2015)

Saturday, March 28th, 2015

Adapt has teamed up with powerhouse Dominik Wagner to create a skate exactly matched to Dominik Wagner’s skating: fast and bad-ass.

The Stealth model is the pinnacle of Adapt technology and in the past year we have worked on making a great product even better. Starting from scratch again, every aspect of the boot has been improved.

All Adapt shells are now made using a 3-piece mold instead of a 2-piece mold, resulting in an overall stronger shell. The skin is made out of Hydro nubuck leather that is specifically made for Adapt by a Dutch tannery.

New mounting machines ensure a perfect finish and improved padding on the cuff area. The leather is the strongest and thickest material ever used on an Adapt skate, which greatly improves the lifespan of the skate.

The Wagner Stealth also introduces our latest invention: the TorsionMount. The TorsionMount is a stainless steel torsion bar with SixMount system that is incorporated into the base of the shell.

The TorsionMount vastly improves the rigidity and durability of the shell and offers you the chance to customize your boot/ soulplate/ frame mounting by using SixMount slots.

Available sizes: 36 – 46. Retail boot only: 365 euro, 270 pounds, 365 us dollar.

Unfortunately during the promotion period of the skate, Julian got hurt at the Winterclash and was not able to skate for some time. During the summer his skating got back on track and we are proud to come out with this sick edit from Julian Bah. One of the last legends in our sport.

Sem croft (Netherlands): Adapt 2014 Edit

Sem Croft is one of the original riders of the Adapt team. Sem decided to take a step back from Adapt as a rider but never as a friend. He needed to take some time to focus on himself as he was only 14 years old when he got on the Adapt team.

Now, in 2014 Sem is back on Adapt. Winning almost every competition or placing in the top 3, Sem is getting more and more confident about this skating both in park and street.

Make sure to keep your eyes on him since he will go a long way.
