Calgary: A Weekend in the 403
Everyone in Calgary got a break from the rugged winter weather this past weekend. After dealing with -30 temperatures all season, chinook clouds covered the city and warmed it up.
With snow melting and above zero temperatures we were all juiced for a 2010 street session. This edit features Sean Knight, DP, JBo, Dallas Kurtz, Jesse Jost, Kaylo and France.

I skated in 27 degree weather the other day. (coldest day in the past 5 years here in Houston, TX) My hands felt frozen and it was tough to make myself try anything. I can’t imagine skating in negative degree temperatures! Major props!

That was really great.
Falls in the cold are horrible, especially on the wrists. That all took serious commitment and big danglers. Proppage!

27 degrees Fahrenheit is negative degrees dude, it’s like -3 Celsius.
congratulations, skating in the snow sucks though – you try to go out and feed the need to skate, but you never get the feeling you get from skating on a nice summer day in Canada.

haha I forgot up in Canada they talk in Celsius not Fahrenheit. Nevertheless its way colder up there than where im from. I would much rather skate in 100 degree “Fahrenheit” temp than all that snow and ice shit.
