I think they look ok but a little plain compared to the current carbons. I would love it if they made a carbon skate that had a slightly higher ankle support. I did buy some carbons but found it too dificult to adapt to how low the ankle support is compared to razors, which is a shame because appart from that they were super comfy and light!

I like them. I think the current ones look a bit too much like speed skates. Giving them a cover makes them look less speedy.

USd have not destroyed Deshi, they were always the same thing anyway, same designers same material suppliers etc etc and lets face it Deshi have made so many mingin skates previously, so don’t pull the old USD cocked it up card again cos its just getting old.
USD will spend a lifetime trying to release another skate that can be as successful as the classic throne, FACT. You know sometimes creating perfection first try can leave a long hard slope downwards.
But hey its cool that USD has such a wall to climb as they keep releasing a lot of fresh designs and a lot of fresh colours, and that makes them probably the most interesting brand at present. I mean look at remz boooooring, razors boooooring (taking them too long to release any interesting SL models.
So quit knocking USD down, they are probably the only ones who have any balls when it comes to colour-way experimentation.

Guys, They are NOT bulky cause they have NO liner. They also changed what most people have been complaining about. The cuff is much higher on these new models so they will be more what you are used to. The higher cuff is what is most apealing to me about these. Whomever says they dont look as good probably sucks at actually skating. I care about performance, NOT looks. Ilove my current “deshi” crbons but can’t wait till these drop. Good work conference, NOW pay your fuckin riders well and you will be the BEST skate co. Right now Valo takes thew cake cause they treat their riders like royalty.

I saw them real life and I can say they are AWESOME! in the picture they seem bulky but they are not. They are slim and hot.
I remember when the first pictures of the deshi carbon were posted, everyone talked shit cause they looked like remz, they are super ugly,etc. Now everyone say they are awesome, the same will happen with those, no doubt.

a lot of people look at this skate as big and bulky,
when its the same size as the previous carbon,
try to imagine that.
its a really small boot.
my tip for usd would be, toe use the heel-part from the previous deshi
and put that on this model, that would look awesome.

White not keep the carbon look? This is the second prototype with that puffy look. The carbons out right now are sharp looking. I understand these are improved, but I don’t see why they are forcing the change on the look.

for example Nimh in size 42 are HUGE.. huge peace of material around your feet. On the other hand carbons size 42 looks small with less material and more control..
so if u dont like how they look, close your eyes, and buy them because these are best skates on the market!

defeat the purpose of “slim”and “light” i love my black carbons because i can jump ridiculously high in them compared to other skates.
if anything they should be cutting down on materials
and try to improve the boot technically rather than
cosmetically.

(i’d buy a pair of roces m12′s over valos any day even though valos look badass. just because i dont believe in all the extra crap they add on for entirely cosmetic reasons)
