Yeh I totally dig what you guys are saying but I don’t think there is a need to always compare rollerblading to other sports, because then it sounds like rollerblading is clutching at straws to out shine other sports. Each sport is different and each allows different styles within it, neither will outshine the other regardless of how popular it is or how much pro’s are being paid.

Aggressive rollerblading has never been in fashion, because its not a fashion, and thats what makes it solid, fashion comes and goes on a mass scale but this has never really been the case with rollerblading and hopefully never will.

Like you guys said, rollerblading is evolving in its own way and not in a commercially driven way and thats why i respect it so much over all.

    nice edit guys, peace.

  2. Victorious Says:

  8. hahaha Says:

AARON PYLE has been skating a lot fucking longer than 5 years…

hate when people says it’s less just to seem like they’re “awesome” and have “progressed” faster because they are so “awesome.”

  9. el nino Says:

    nice

  10. fdsfdf Says:

pretty nice! even the fat kid rocks

  11. Fred Castro Says:

nice to see that some people have their minds tuned in the reality of rolling today… We need more councious people that will bring more “non-skater” people back into rolling. We really need that, to try to explain to the “regular people” our passion, and what we do. Only then we will grow and be respected.

    PEACE

    FRED

  12. Glen Says:

sick guys, i mean i already knew all the stuff you were sayin, but some people mite not have. I love the creativity of your tricks!!!!! Im totally into creativity and what “Scampy, chips & scraps love please” said about fassion……..we know rollerblading was the in thing in the 90’s with millions doing it and kids wanting skates, so isnt that being in fassion?????

  13. nscrew Says:

  16. Scampy,chips & scraps love please Says:

I hear what you are saying glen but it was never in fashion on a mass scale like things normally are, I have been skating for 12 years and yes in the mid 90’s it was new and a lot of people were having a bash but it never was a case of people dropping something else to take up rollerblading in its place, thats what fashion generally implies. cheers man, laters

  17. robert Says:

    kinda gay haha
i dont comment on anything bikers do or skateboarders do with style haha
they could say the same stuff to us

  18. Silvstr Says:

  19. lukeh Says:

  20. den myos Says:

    you guys remember life+ 4, i think i was.
In the last section, the anderson brothers talket about rollerblading and life.
They were having this killer session in the woods, totally awsome.

  21. rollerblading is gay Says:

how many of you guys actually try to inspire others to rollerblade? be part of the solution. not the problem

  22. My View Says:

It is really important for us to realize that complaining about another sport is like beating a dead horse. I am sick of hearing it all. Who is actually going to watch this the skateboard industry? You know the best way to stick it to them is to do what you love to do and just skate.. If they want to hate then fuck em let em hate. Just do what you do. this video will not change the fact that skateboarders have better agents than we do and more people committed professionals to help promote the sport. You wanna make a change go out and film stories about skating let the people know what rolling is about. Go to school become a professional then help your industry. Our industry is great now because the strong people are involved. we will over come in the end but it will take us to make a difference by not putting skateboarding down. I have alot of skate board friends including the hawk and buckey and how ever else you can think of and honestly they don’t give a dam about us. but they are not conspiring to beat on the rollerbladeing industry. Thats it im done i can go on and on. This is stupid. Other wise i like Aaron Pyle and anything with him in it i will buy. I hope the movie is worth it. Im going to do my part and support my industry and i am going to buy this video. I really appreciate what you guys are doing but make a video without having to put any one down.

  23. Urbn^nja Says:

Barely Dead in a nutshell. Some of those tricks I was hoping someone did already! Pretty sweet mini edit/documentary/reportage/video blog thingie. I feel like making one also!

  24. Urbn^nja Says:

One other thing. I don’t believe the constant comparison is about outshining the other sports but to show people that we’re just as credible as they are. I’d never put down skateboarding and bmxing. If I ever make reference to them it’s only to say that we’re just as credible. Perhaps we haven’t reached that pinicle yet but we will. I can feel it!

  25. Phil Says:

okay the first minute just repeated brain fear gone so i skipped it.

  26. Andrew Thompson Says:

In response to MyView…. we are not bashing on any other sport, and trying to “overtake” the action sport industrurty. We are simply stating there is no reason Rollerblading should not be on top along with the top action sports. Everything we do on rollerblades is equally as sick as anything you can do elsewhere.

  27. Scampy,chips & scraps love please Says:

Word to ‘My View’, we think a long the same lines

  28. nice Says:

    true all of it.
    I Agree.
    Nice tricks too.
I like that rollerblading isnt fashion or popular.
when it will be then its not so good.
It is not good to any sport to be too “in”

  29. rol247 Says:

that wallride to cess to bs royal to fakie 360 is off the hooooook

  30. Nick van horn Says:

whats up…. im 13 years old and rollerbladings life to me.. every day i wake up i put my skates on go out there and skate 4 the love of sport..this video means alot and is a good idea….I try to do so much 4 the rollerblade indusrty[ sorry bad at spelling] and ive been seeing more rollers…… r sport is differnete than any other sport because we dont just say fuck it no one cares about us we look back at r mistakes and fix them…..
