Sickest skate. I’ll be rocking these for sure.
July 6th, 2010 at 5:32 pm
Haha, that’s the wierdest colour way I have seen in a while.
I’m not really sure what to think about them lol Although I would skate them.
July 6th, 2010 at 5:37 pm
dope, all over these!
July 6th, 2010 at 5:44 pm
Its good that Loco got a collaboration skate, good to see a UK skate shop thriving and getting recognition, the skates are not for me though.
July 6th, 2010 at 5:47 pm
It’s all about the skater run shop working with the skater run company to produce something for the UK scene. Need me a pair of these.
July 6th, 2010 at 5:54 pm
Jimmy Im glad you said skater ‘run’ company and not skater ‘owned’ company in reference to Valo or should I say Roces.
July 6th, 2010 at 5:59 pm
when i see anything about this skate i immediately think of lemonade four loco hahaha
July 6th, 2010 at 6:11 pm
Where are the Valo lights? We’ve been hearing about those for years, but still have nothing but a light bulb T-shirt.
Start the ticker now! We can countdown together for the next 3 years!
July 6th, 2010 at 6:24 pm
valos has no shockabsorbers so destroyour feets on your own risk.
valo = sheel from the 90′ and liners like a piece of paper.
btw I enjoy this set of colours
July 6th, 2010 at 6:34 pm
i honestly dont have a problem with the way these skates look. id rock em
July 6th, 2010 at 6:46 pm
valo selling out with the big shops, killing the small shops who can not sell these. skater run? cool.
July 6th, 2010 at 7:17 pm
looks pretty cool, but I really want to see a valo skate with a simple mostly white with orange accents color scheme, that would guarantee a purchase from me
July 6th, 2010 at 7:29 pm
Those are SICK!!! Looks like ill be getting a pair.
July 6th, 2010 at 7:30 pm
“valo selling out with the big shops, killing the small shops who can not sell these. skater run? cool.”
Isn’t Loco a small shop? Loser.
July 6th, 2010 at 7:38 pm
haha those look horrible
July 6th, 2010 at 8:12 pm
Awesome, Wouldn’t get them myself but i like how there is becoming more of a variety in skate colors.
July 6th, 2010 at 8:43 pm
I personally think they look hideous, but am glad to see colour variation.
July 6th, 2010 at 10:14 pm
I think they’d probably look better without the yellow frames, too bold with them IMO, some gray frames may look better.
July 6th, 2010 at 10:14 pm
great colors and the material looks really nice!
July 6th, 2010 at 10:42 pm

July 7th, 2010 at 3:41 am
there is not enough shops out there. The more shops get personal shit the better
July 7th, 2010 at 6:44 am
same skate every mold different colors…wish there would be improvements. One mold for every skate over a six year period and slap a diff pro name on em.i dont kno how some companies stay in business anymore
July 7th, 2010 at 7:26 am
The best thing about Valo is that they have such a bitching skate design and don’t fuck with it just for the sake of fucking with it to say you’re coming up with something new?
Nothing more annoying than companies that make great skates that you can’t get ever again. Not with Valo. Why fuck with what’s awesome? Valo didn’t invent the idea but at least they’re listening.
It’s great the see other companies like Razors and Nimh do the exact same thing. Remz makes small improvements but Kato always stays true to the roots. Rollerblade, well, oh well.
July 7th, 2010 at 9:29 am
Nice one Loco. Nice shop, nice skate.
July 7th, 2010 at 10:22 am
“krans”
dude, what are you talking about? sure, not all skate designs turn out to be great but some of them do and if companies weren’t trying new things, we’d still be on trs lightnings with cuttingboard grindplates.
im glad for new shells etc,not just new skins.
anyway, this colour scheme is fresh, but i really wish they had a loco liner or something, i’d be better off with disposable nappy liners than valo liners!
July 7th, 2010 at 11:57 am
In the pictures with eric bailey, they look like Some Rollerblades TRS, or Downtown…
July 7th, 2010 at 2:41 pm
Pom.
Haha. Very true. Hell if I want to cut my own grind plates again.
As far as Valo’s skate, once they lowered the cuff on all skates, I, personally, saw nothing else to change. The soul plate is the best I’ve ever ridden — from the Lightnings to Xsjados. The Memory Buckle is fucking awesome. The shell is fully customizable with the right cuts and can be tailored to each skater because of it. It’s a solid skate that needs no changes, in my opinion. (As far as the liners, well, I’ve never had a stock liner I’ve liked)
Still, the innovations are coming. They’re called Valo Light. Going to be so sick. Still not a complete overhaul, but it makes the changes where changes could and should be made. They’re keeping the best parts of the Valo skate and bringing in new technology.
July 7th, 2010 at 3:40 pm
Damn, those are awful.
July 7th, 2010 at 4:09 pm
lots of fugly Valo skates lately. lmao
July 7th, 2010 at 4:22 pm
Krans, stop writing long comments on rollernews and update your site! Monday was 2 days ago slacker haha
July 7th, 2010 at 5:40 pm
Im am sure companies would come out with new molds if they sold more. All bladers got 3 or 4 new skates a year and valo would do new molds. but truthfully Valo is pushin it hard.
July 7th, 2010 at 8:33 pm
right dont want to ramble on to much but a moulds likes the ones used for producing skates, sole kits etc cost a small fortune, just finished a production course at college and learned how much companies need to pay for a single moulds to produce things.
now when you times that by the number of sizes needed to produce a full range, then then need to one for each foot and the sizes of cuffs and sole kits the money is just not available for companies to be bring out new designs every six months, the things they can change easily are aesthetics like colours, textures etc.
i agree that valo could make more of an effort with the liners, not everyone can afford to buy liners over and above the £200+ that they fork out for the standard skates, but they are bringing out a wide range of colours.
and at the end of the day why try and fix somthing that isnt broken.
thanks
July 7th, 2010 at 8:46 pm
they look pretty cool!! people keep complaining about valo being heavy or valo using roces m12´s boot…. if u guya don´t like them don´t buy them go and some rzrs or what ever… i have skate almost every skate brand and model includind the unfamous razors ¨super light¨ and u know what? they are nothing compared to my valos
July 7th, 2010 at 8:56 pm
If a skates to heavy for you, work out. Any one who wants to be good has to understand rolling a park aint going to do it. Try the gym or do some box jumps at home, the stronger your legs the better you jump and the more shit you can skate. If you say skates are to heavy i saw you are to lazy and out of shape
July 7th, 2010 at 9:56 pm
Did you seriously take a college course, Flynn? Please learn basic grammar, or at least read back over what you’ve typed. That comment was a bitch to read. The same goes for a lot of you guys on here. You guys will type out long ass messages with so many damned grammatical and spelling errors I can’t decipher what the hell you’re trying to say. I meen its not to hard to figyer this crap out. your just not trying hard enuff
July 8th, 2010 at 12:16 am
