The winning image is amazing!
Only after looking at the full res version did i see any faults (the white square around the paint pot) which takes nothing away from the image

the paint drips are clearly airbrushed in photoshop… pretty bad. i was hoping they were done in a 3d program but the high res ruined it for me. i love #2 but #3 looks like Walmart packaging trying to be cool.

As someone with a BFA in graphic design, the winning one is just so cheesy. As stated before, paint drips are nothing new, especially when they look extremely fake. Scan some real paint splatters into the computer that you made and layer them onto the skate. The only thing pushing this is the color and the great product photo that was originally provided. Plus the paint can is way too blurred, while the brush is not. Unrealistic depth of field and sense of space.
