The Return of Billy O’Neill
quoting a mail from Brian Lewis:
I thought you guys would like to know that last weekend I shot some photos of Billy O’Neill doing his first stunt since getting hit by the car in Spain.
The first spot he took me to was a high rail that he back nuggened and gapped 180 off over a kink rail to a bank that was on the other side. Without any warm up he laced it 1st try.
To insure that we got a good pic he did it a few more times and never missed. We then went to this yellow square barrier thing… he kills this thing.
The best pic of him skating that is a very stylish and perfectly executed top mistrial. As Billy is a good friend, I was psyched to see him skate so well. He said that his ankle held up fine and he is juiced to start working on some new sections.
I hope everyone is ready because Billy will be coming back with a vengeance.

Yeah damn, I didn’t know that he was out for that long. But definatley great to have him back. We gotta have our NYC guys out there, keepin it real. Everytime I go down there to skate, I hope to run in to him, but I never do. But it makes me feel good to know that at least he is around. Gotta love that steeze. PEACE.

Billy is a super cool dude, met him years back and he treated me like a brother from the get go (as most rollerbladers should treat each other). Glad he is back and already killing shit!

Tooo, awsum tha he heal I was suspicious after a such bad injury, as people said is an awsome skater, i saw i once at chaz-sand i didn’t know he was a pro but I was very surprise by his skating, more is interview in be-mag was allright (you need to get sorted out in life, not be a junki or a 8am-5pm boring job). Yep defintly a good skater and good man

Excellent. Be careful though. Stunts take many people out the game…unless you train for them. But I don’t know anyone that does…except maybe Aragon.
