    joshua roddy:

medium was run by shane coburn, went under and then mindgame was started. so thats why they are so similar: same management/ownership!

this video is awesome, one of the few old ones i still have!

  16. thon thon Says:

Not exactly too sure what you said… my mac translator says

“Moreover Shima had rolled at the same time out of Argon Scott Bentley… for the nostalgic ones of oxygen”

Yeh alot of street pros rolled the argons… champion, latimer, shima. Good ole Scott Bentley.

  23. w Says:

if this is oldschool I must be a dinosaur.

  24. Klas Olsson Says:

Damn…I grew up with this film. Ever since I saw it the first time they were my heroes. Champion, Dustin, Semar and I remember Jaggers doing a 360 topsoul…shite….

Golden days are over I’m afraid…

  25. Phil Says:

Wow, that video must have been about 20 minutes long, lol.

  26. TN Says:

still easily in my top 5 vids, that latimer section awww sooo much better than almost everone today hahaha, and bryan jaggers still remains a fav skater…..

good job on posting let them groms know whats up!

  27. oldman Says:

Nice, this brings memories back. I was on a” tour the germany” with champion and jake elliot right in 1997. They were both very kind, champion was a real funny guy he allways laughed and jake was like no sex before his marriage (A girl wanted to know if he wants to…), he was very serious about that. They wanted to experience two german things, the “autobahn” and “german beer”!

This are my last rollin memories before a bad injury which made me quit for almost eight years!

  28. joshua roddy Says:

yes thank you everyone…… I knew that

  29. al dolega Says:

medium was owned by Bravo, mindgame is owned by shane. two completely seperate companies. medium did NOT “turn into” mindgame.

  30. Damien Says:

The Misfits seems to be a true part of rollerblading traditions, look at champion’s profile!

  31. Prince Adam Says:

But Shane was into medium before doing mindgame.
I have only one thing to say: DL!!!!!

  32. DarthRoller Says:

God it’s so great to watch a vid that helps remember the roots.

Also great that I don’t feel “sh*t” at rollerblading for not being able to truespin switch topside full cab everything or for wanting to 360 a set instead of lacing a fakie 720 down it………

Thanks so much for putting this up, feel more positive about my comparatively limited ability already.

  33. behjahmeen Says:

champ breeds dogs in texas somewhere, and generally is the don.
shane coburn did run medium, which will forever be the rollerbladings best ever company. whatever happened to it was the catalyst for emagdnim to pop up.
Last i heard of neil semar, he became a wood pusher.
also, if anyone stole my medium 1997 sweater, i will find you and kill you.
Rollerblading is dead, Long live rollerblading.

  34. london Says:

someone put children of the night up. i want to see it again so bad. i have smell the glove. best video ever. i converted it to DVD.
