That looked like it was done either by a film school drop out, or for an overly artsy destined to get an “F” final project. Honestly, aside from the skating, it was a bunch of garbage set to music. Obviously Farmer can make even the most ludicrously shit editing look like magic just with his skating, but that’s exactly what this was, shit editing.

I found that boring as hell, I love farmers skating and the tricks were mint, but normally I can’t take my concentration off a Farmer edit, but this one I just found myself opening a new tab and looking at random shit on ebay!
also im no baggy jeans super thug im into how mike lilly and santamaria dress, but looking at that photo of farmer he really does look like a trani cowboy, he will one day look back at such photos with his kids and grand kids and and be like yeah sorry kids haha, having said that least it will make them laugh so there is that.

farmer used to be my ultimate idol in rollerblading, i can’t even take him seriously anymore, you cant tell me he looks in the mirror in the morning and thinks i look fucking sickkk straight down to my cowboy boots, i’d give my left nut for him just to be how he used to be in feet.

yeah the skating was great – but the edit was ridiculous. I hope that harddrive you lost had more skating on it and less of whatever the hell you want to call that other stuff.
I love how Farmer went from being the ‘ultimate’ thug jogging pants xxxl guy to the ‘ultimate’ new wave weirdo guy – two extremes of ridiculousness. fuck he can do what he likes, but he’s one of the top skaters and I wouldn’t show an edit to any of my non skater friends because it’s embarrassing.
Farmer tone it down! the hat and scarf are ridiculous. and to the dude who said he’d show his kids pictures from his past and apologize: he won’t be able to have kids if he keeps wearing those pants.
but again: great skating, one of the best in the business.

it still amazes me that most people have to talk about chris farmer in terms of his wardrobe. He could be out there in a dress and still kill it. Who Cares? I personally think his style awesome in all respects.

The double wall-ride to cess and the wallstall on the tree reminded me of Latimer a lot, understandable, seeing as Farmer’s definitely been influenced by Latimer.
God I miss Mindgame. Especially BFG and Words. Doesn’t everyone. :)
As for the filming/edit/whatever that was, must say, I didn’t “get it” but I rarely do with these things.

ha sooo much hate! I’ll watch it, it’ll be interesting, but probably a little overdone. Tax Free was both chill and overdone, so I’m thinking this will be the same. PJ seems to have certain ideas/ concepts he wants to convey but can’t find a way to do so in a chill manner. But that’s just my opinion, props for bringing diversity.

And “Meh”, actually wearing tight pants will result in a better chance of producing offspring. Having your testes closer to your body increases the temperature of your scrotum, which in turn increases spermatogenesis viability.
More sperm = more chances of fertilization occurring.

Jan how do you work that one out? Your testes are on the outside of your body because they produce sperm optimally at a different temperature to your body! (i.e. cooler)
Also it’s not good to wear tight fitting pants if you’re hoping for kids but skinnys are only tight on the legs and arse anyway! anyway……..
All I can say is I love Farmer for how creative he is and how freakishly high he can jump!

hey Jan it was a joke. but if you want to get all scientific on my ass:
The testicles may seem like they just get in the way sometimes. But the main reason why “the boys” are on the outside of the body is because the body’s internal temperature of 98.6° Fahrenheit is too hot for sperm production. So by “hanging out,” the scrotum keeps sperm a few degrees cooler. Too much heat can lower sperm count (but not enough to act as a form of birth control). So if a guy’s clothing is tight to the point that it turns his pants into an oven and his biscuits are getting burnt, in theory it may affect his sperm count.
there’s no way Farmer doesn’t have the hottest nuts in the industry, yeah I said it. like I said: he’s the best of the best – his skating can’t be touched. doesn’t mean that edit wasn’t cheese.

Farmer is the shit no one can touch him in rollerblading really, his creativity kills all. However dressing up as the campest cowboy to leave the Wild West just simply diminishes his overall status a bit, doesn’t matter what anyone says its a fact, Im glad he’s happy being himself and I wouldn’t want him to change, but this doesn’t change how he dresses and so amazing rollerblader or not, he looks like something that would do well in contemporary Bangkok, if you don’t like me saying that then thats not my problem.
See now your confused because im saying he’s the best rollerblader and at the same time im dissin his dress sense, its too much for you to handle, what do you do?? hahaaaaa

is only a contributing factor to skating itself.
You can have a solid style of blading without a good taste
of clothing, people need to focus more on the actual physical
style in which the rollerblading is done.

A truly inspired and unique edit. All I can say is I wish more edits were done in this manner, telling a story. Anyone can make an edit set to rap music with 50 kink rails but few can pull off an edit that makes you feel something and get pumped to skate at the same time. Major props to both PJ and the Farm for this bad boy.
