its cool to see people having fun skating… but is that worth sponsoring… dunno
July 2nd, 2011 at 2:54 pm
Do you have any skaters from Bundang? Seongnam? Yongin?
July 2nd, 2011 at 3:29 pm
apparently i could go to asia and be pro. there was like 2 hard tricks in the whole edit, it was like a watching a girls edit.

the difficulty might not be up to par, but that’s no reason to be dissing our eastern brethern. consider using constructive critisizm rathern than flatout badmouthing (it’s not like you are watching really bad skateboarders.)

Good tricks, good spots, nicely filmed edit and a pleasant sound track. What’s not to like?

Sponsorship is not just about your ability to pull tricks out of the bag, it’s about an attitude, your ability to attract peope to the product/industry. Sometimes sponsorship is needed to bring out the best of someone’s talent and does not necessarily have to go to a person that is already killing it.
This seems like the conference want to cultivate a scene and keep rollerblading growing for it to rejuvinate, not pin their hopes on one amazing skater that (more often than not) squanders their skill when the fame and money goes to their head.

Actually, we made this edit right after we got the stuff
from ‘the conference’.
You can find out we just ride on 3 spots.(in 2days)
This is just kind of warming up before we make real one.
Please don’t be mad about that ;)
