How to

• Buy a a lithium battery + a 10mm diffused Led (makes some some Led throwies to color your town too!) ; tape them together.
• Tie the powered led to your skates.
• Set your camera on a wall or on a tripod and launch a timed long exposure shot (tutorial).
• Skates 30 minutes (every moves you do will be recorded on the picture (check the stars in the sky on the photo).
• Profit & share your photo here!

Anthony Avella is a french rollerblader based in Toulon. He has been riding since the 90`s and is involved on many levels in the sport.

Anthony is part of the Gitan Klan and will be on the GTK Tour 2011. This is a small introduction to his background.

There was a time when rollerblading was so popular in France that some events were broadcast live on prime-time television.

Many young skaters have not had the chance to know this wonderful time. But fortunately for them, some had the foresight to record this event, and thanks to the technology of the 21st century, I am honored to share with you this small part of our history, because it is important to know from where you come from. Enjoy.

Leading the movement is Sven Boekhorst from Holland together with Nel Martin from Spain and Marco Lara.

Sven talks about the beginnings and motivation of the riders involved in the organization of the EC Half-Pipe.
