Here is a post from the Billy O’Neil myspace blog, from the 20th of June 2006, it was however never discussed. Thanks to H. Salmela.
quoting Billy O’Neil :
My pro skate.
Ok, ive been getting alot of questions about when my pro skate is coming out and as opposed to answering one at a time which would take mad long, i figured id be lazy and type it once in a blog…ummm ok.
My pro USD skate is due to come out around januar 07.
It’s going to be a ufs throne, with mindgames wheels, kizer frames and new jug liners…
The liners are gonna fit the new cut that are being made to the usd cuffs….these news cuffs will be introduced with the release of USD Dominic Sagona’s pro skate … and also on my model ….
The new cuff allows you to have more flexibility, and the jug liner that comes with the cuff will compliment its new shape…basically, my skates gonna be hot…as far as colors and shit like that, im still in the process of experimenting and figuring out what would be best…i was thinkin of maybe going with a traditional black boot, just b/c black is always tight…but this will be better than your average skate…so please buy it. thanks.

The new Sagona UFS Throne comes in nice white colour with also new KIZER Fluid Sagona Pro frame. The Cuff is reworked, so its smaller and its easier to lock in grinds.
The most important thing of this skate is the all new SIFIKA SL 714 liner. The Sifika SL 714 is the first and only liner with an inflatable custom fit system (ICFS) “pump“, meaning you get the perfect custom fit time after time. The ICFS system provides a secure ankle lock, more control and maximum comfort, resulting in an improved skating performance.
On this skate you roll on M1 Sagona Pro wheels in 56mm / 89 A and ABEC 5 bearings.
Availiable end of october.
Thanks el.julio
More details about the skate parts :

USD Robert Lievanos
When USD gave me the opportunity to design my own skate I was excited like anyone would be. This is my third Pro Skate, and I’m honored to have the experience to design my own skate.
I knew that this project would be a great experience for me because USD listens to the skaters. This skate is a new VII boot only. To begin the process of my design, I began brain storming and writing down some of my ideas. I knew that I wanted to use a similar material to snake skin since I have always liked the way snake skin looks on your feet. My ideas came together and I began to design.
I thought the design should be simple and clean. I didn’t want the skate to be too crazy in design because of the material I used. I decided to go with black and white, which are both my two favorite colors. After all of the designing, USD had some
samples to go over, we made some changes and now the skate is out.
I would like to thank USD for all their support in Rollerblading and for their support in myself. To all the Rollers out there, support the supporters.

Comfort:
Equipped with the updated Psirus liner this skate comes stock with one of the best liners on the market, an extremely comfortable and uncomplicated liner with all the great features you should already know from the Psirus liners.
Durability:
- strong and low cut cuff
- boot with reinforced toe area
- longlastig soulplate
Features:
- fast Soulplate with rough grind groove
- wide royale groove
- low cut soulplates with raised up grindlines for faster and smoother grinds
Technical Infos:
- Mounting: UFS
- groove width: 55mm
- Soulspace positive rear: 40mm
- Soulspace positive front: 40mm
- Soulspace negative rear: 34mm
- Soulspace negative front: 32mm

Roces has recently turned heads wihin the industry by taking their skate design back to a simple but effect manner by relying on the M12 mold to sell skates.
USD is one of those companies which has taken a notice and have an answer to the classic M12 with the new USD Realm skate. It is a slim fit skate, which seems to have a design closely resembling the old Fila Krust-Y skate. It remains to be seen if these skates will match the success of the M12, only time will tell.

The Usd Realm
The Realm is a new style skate from USD based on a classic look. We originally designed the Realm as an entry-level skate, but after our initial testing we found that a lot of top skaters also loved the skate.
We decided to stick with our philosophy of providing a high-quality entry level skate at an unbelievably low price, which is great for beginners, but we are also very confident that the Realm will also be the skate of choice for some of the world’s best skaters.
Features :
- Solid PU boot
- Split cuff design
- Realm standard liner with thick padding
- Realm 57mm, 89A wheels
- Kizer UFS Basic frame with raised side walls
- ABEC 5 bearings
- Click buckles including buckle protector
- Chrome highlights
- Deep groove for easy lock-on to grinds
- Flat and fast soulplates made from a composite/fiberglass material

from Rachard Johnson :
If you ride legacy skates and are waiting for the full plate, it will be out soon, they have been shipped…
In the mean time if you have extra royal pieces, you can customize them by cutting them and fitting them into the gaps of the royal… trust me it works a whole lot better…
Thanks Bald_gye !
