quoting Rik van Huik:

We’re addicted to rollerblading. But we live in the Netherlands, not in sunny California. It rains quite often here so on those days, we usually go to an indoor skatepark.

However, sometimes the rare occasion occurs that our flat little country is covered in snow. But we like the fresh air, so when that happens, we don’t go to an indoor skatepark! No, we screw snowskates under our rollerblades and continue having fun outside!

Starring: Jelle Briggeman, Tjeerd Weijers, Ivo Vegter and Rik van Huik. Filmed with a Canon HF S100 and an EOS 550D by Thijs Tel & Tjeerd Weijers.

You can’t skate when it’s snowing outside, so we mounted these hand-made snowblades instead of frames on our skates.

Seems like winter doesnt suck as much as i thought.

homemade snowblades

The owner of the Creeper Company created some homemade Snowblades using Remz Skates and Kizer Frames.

Reminds me that idea of using UFS Iceskating Frames on our aggressive Skates ;)

Thanks Wacek!
