Interview by Cody Sanders.
Mason Richard sits down with On Point to talk about recovering from his head injury, the current scene in Austin, and some future plans. This video also contains some new Mason footage, so check it out!
Quoting Anthony Medina:
This edit is a combination of pre and post injury footage.
Some of this footage was intended to be in Mason Richard’s Dag Days section but he sustained a pretty bad head injury (1st clip in the edit) and had to take a few months off to recover.
Mason’s been back on blades for over a month now and after winning the TSS San Antonio competition July 21st, safe to say he’s back to 100%.
Song: Curren$y – Soundbombin.
Quoting Anthony Medina:
I didn’t plan on filming at all but figured I’d bring my camera to the final spot and film some shit.
Mason Richard killed it all day but this is what he did at the last spot to earn 1st and best trick.
Song: Antonio Aguilar – Ya Viene Amaneciendo.
Still: Remz 2012 Am Team, Josiah Blee, Mason Richard, Nils Jansons & Ryan Sibbio.
Filmed by Mike Gagliardi, Anthony Medina, Bander Saleh, Konstantins Makarovs, Edgars Krasnovs & Reinis Petersons ; edited by Fred Castro.
Previously: Remedyz True Balance, Press Release.
Arizona montage featuring skating from Derek Stanton, Scott Wells, Ben Karris, Taylor Monnig, and Mason Richard.
All of my unused street footage from the past few months.
Mason Richard: Ground Control’s newest am.
A lot of this footage was going to be for Mason’s next profile in Dag Days but we decided with plenty of time left to film it was best to put something out for his sponsors. A taste of what’s to come. Enjoy.
Filmed & edited by Anthony Medina. Additional filming by Will Kennedy, Daniel Scarano, & Chris Calkins.
Song: Araabmuzik – Oh Baby (instrumental).
quoting Anthony Medina:
Dag Days is a video Greg King and I are working on due sometime in the winter of 2011 (hopefully).
Most of this footage is from just before the official starting date of filming, some is just stuff that was going to be leftovers, & some is footage that didn’t make it into Sideshow Rodeo.
This edit is just a way to get that footage out so it’s seen and clear the way for the freshest and best footage possible for Dag Days. Hope you enjoy this little edit.
THIS IS NOT A TEASER.
Song: Funkadelic – Can You Get To That.
This is the last of Mason Richard‘s 2010 footage, filmed over the last 3 months of the year.
