Kingdom Magazine at Nass 2012 by Jordan Maders

Nass 2012: A great event with lots of rain and high spirits, everyone who attended the festival knows it was an eventful weekend full of injurys, hammers and old faces.

Gathering for the enjoyment of Blading, partying, wetness, drinking and mud followed by some of the best Athletes shredding the skatepark at 9am after all night partys.

In the edit you will see the bladers skating the skate park over the 3 days. We where really lucky on the final day with the weather opening up and drying the street spots, Oli Jones showed how he can 360 everything on to a stair rail while Swain was spinning the biggest of gaps.

Joe Atkinson and Blake Bird where launching from a quarter to grind a flat bar rail above 9ft drop to another quarter. Jeff Stockwell and Nick lomax where putting lines together with a good level of consistency, speed and hammers.

Sun Rain or Hangovers Nass was another great weekend skating & partying and making new friends inside and outside the blading culture.

Mike Salt: Kingdom Mag Interview

Whats the latest Mike, where you living and with who right now?

The latest me is health, man I just feel correct and healthy recently. I quit drinking and I haven’t smoked in three months now.

I have just got to Cairns, far northern Australia and I’m staying in a hostel, working the grave yard shift until I can get out to the Reef!

What are you missing most about the UK?

Absolutely nothing, no I do miss the UK! Everytime it rains I feel homesick. […]

Daniel Gorman

My introduction to Dano’s skating was whilst on a BHC tour in Dublin last Summer… Summer it was not, myself, Albert Hooi, Mark Trebble and Dominic Sagona had just landed into the pissin’ rain and were due at a new outdoor park near the airport.

Skeptical as to whether anyone would be there were we surprised, the place was packed considering the state of the weather! Above everyone their was some tiny man shredding the park like he was on holiday in Hawaii, rain not affecting.

As the trip carried on Dano would come to all the spots we were skating at and just kill, with such ease might i add sometimes giving Albert a run for his money.

Repping Kaltic and the Conference, Dano’s future is looking good!
