Clearly Julian has amazing talent, but talent is not everything when you are a Pro level athlete. Professional skills and behavior within and outside the sport play a major role in how far a skater can take his/her career.
Please understand this is not a decision I took lightly. I’ve known Julian since he was 11 years old. Julian and I have had several conversations in which we’ve gone over what he needed to be doing and how he needed to behave, but for whatever reason he chose to disregard my simple advice.
