Jon Julio’s Blading, The Game was released on Itunes. The app is $3.99 and requires iOS 4.0 (Compatible with iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPod touch (3rd generation), iPod touch (4th generation), iPod touch (5th generation) and iPad).

An Iphone app seems to be the easiest and lucrative way to produce an independent game those days. I would love to see a PC/Mac moddable game, with the ability to customize skaters with their own skin.
Update: Jon Julio posted a screenshot of the level building process. The work is done under Autodesk Maya.
