X-Games Asia (Shanghai, China) 2009: Results & Articles

Fans were treated to an action sports festival with four event finals on the last day of the 2009 KIA X Games Asia.
Chris Haffey (AIL Park), Takeshi Yasutoko (AIL Vert), Garrett Reynolds (BMX Street) and Andy Macdonald (Skateboard Vert) were the big winners with a gold medal in the bag.
Four spectacular finals left Shanghai fans with plenty of memories of the 11th edition of the KIA X Games Asia, when the event finished with a flourish on the final day of competition. The four-day event registered the best spectator attendance in the event’s history with a record number of 54,500 fans at Shanghai’s KIC Jiangwan Sports Center – a sign of the growing popularity of Asia’s biggest action sports competition.
