constructive criticism only please.
I liked the skating and appreciate Steve’s ability, I think he is good enough to be a pro purely based on his competition skating as for street skating he doesn’t even have to set foot there if he doesn’t want to but he does anyway even though it won’t effect his sponsorship.
Yes I don’t PERSONALLY enjoy his dress sense or skates BUT it’s not worth mentioning because no matter how much I enjoy my specific dress style (musically influenced) it has no bearing whatsoever on skill level.
Anybody that fails to see past what someone is wearing an through to the content of that persons ability is clearly too immature and underdeveloped as a human and a rollerblader to be posting comments.

I vote for some moderation on rollernews with the emphasis on hate comment removal, the true spirited rollerbladers don’t want to hear that drivel.

I can’t understand all the hater, except one think I’m sure about them, their probably not very good at skating and certainly not as good as steve swain.
Each time I go to Bone I enjoyed see him skating. Some of the spot here are really, really hard to skate.

i still LOVE rollerblading, and so do a bunch of nice people, but try to remember that when you complain about people hating and then end your statement with “YOU BUNCH OF C@#TS,” you’re hating too. we all have to remember that it’s not just the other person who’s guilty, WE ARE ALL GUILTY of being overcritical and even hateful at times (sorry to anyone i’ve ever offended on here). we need to be more positive as a group and more forgiving, and then maybe our culture will grow. as it is, i just see more and more people falling by the wayside…

on a more positive note, steven swain is super sick! he’s got a really athletic style and he gets huge amplitude on 900s and basically any kind of air, and i agree with Tom Hyser that he is WAY more impressive live, but still pretty nice to watch in videos. if he could make his landings stick like velcro, you know like broskow, then he would be the sickest skater ever!!

I know steve not too well but I’ve been to winterclash with him twice now and both times he placed in the top 3???? yeh he is dead shit ??
Frazer is hiting the nail on the head and I agree with 100% and on a personal note I think there was a post on here about hating on your own kind about 5 days ago by Arlo ??? Nice to know were all trying to change for the better of our sport???
If this is how the rollerblading industry behaves ? Than I think I will keep to myself and skate with my mates and am pretty sure that rollerblading is going to be in the same place it is know when I can’t skate no more or even worse YOU BUNCH OF CUNTS

easy steve, people who see you skate know you can lace heavy shit, even in a chilled sesh you look like you have ten years plus on everyone whos any good at uk skate.
