pretty dumb. this dude seems to think a little to highly of himself… he does like, a topsoul on a 1 foot high ledge and rolls away with a little 360 like hes the fucking man because of it. all of these spots are ones that people found before them and killed already, no one wants to see the same spots with worse tricks. rickayy also sucks in my opinion… plus, he calls himself rickayy which is pretty gay in itself.

if you cant take the hate leave rollernews. this site is 90% hate and 10% cocksucker - that 10% is the people trying to back this guy’s over-exaggerated style up so much. if this was just like, some fun little happy edit i wouldnt be criticizing him, but you cant have a cocky style like that and not even be that good, especially when youre only on like 1 foot high ledges. at least colin kelso can do cool shit on them. ESPECIALLY when youre filming for a video you want people to BUY - who wants to pay to watch average tricks on stuff we’ve seen in 5+ videos already this year? find some new stuff to skate.

i agree with some dudes, you can exagerate a bit on your landings but overall i thought that the edit was good for an am, i saw a bunch of really good looking tricks and unlike many others i kinda liked your topsoul on that small ledge, it s what i call a top soul properly done. Another thing though, and it s not against you but against a certain stream in rollerblading. It seems like bladers dress all the same now : kinda tight pants but not too much, good looking t shirt with some graphic design on it and then the famous new era cap with the almost flat visor.
another question i have but which is more for myself, why do i spend time writing comments on that website? i always liked to think that i didnt give a fuck about anything…

I didn’t really enjoy it too much. Steve’s style certainly took a different turn. I’ve seen his skating before and it wasn’t all Colin Kelso! Really don’t wanna ‘hate’ but that’s how I feel.

its cause of his over-exaggerated landings where he has to crouch down coming out of a ledge as far as brian aragon would crouch down after landing a 540 down a 40 set, and the little like 360s and crap he throws in. i think the same thing about rickayy. who knows, maybe theyre nice guys i dunno, its just their style. i actually think that rickayy is a douche though… even if he isnt, its his name that first bothers you. and plus ive seen him at the nj gnar-b-q or whatever… seemed pretty cocky. their posse is kinda lame. like Jay Cotrell or w/e his name is… in my opinion, that guy is MUCH worse than this guy.

Every single one of you sound so ignorant. You are saying his style is “cocky” because he bends his knees. Just because he isn’t jumping a “40 stair” he shouldn’t bend his knees? That would mean he would have stiff legs and horrible style. Every kid on here strictly hates on Ricky because he took a shot at B.Unique. That should have nothing to do with your opinions on the edit. Stop being narrow minded, if half of you understood editing, you would be able to appreciate the skill, and effort that edit contains. wow… what a lot of angry angry people… umm i’m a little scared to say this bcuz if the rest of the posts are anything to go by i’m prolly gonna get crucified, but i don’t think there’s anything bad about bending your knees more than you need to, i think it looks cool when this guy does it. Sure he’s not skating at pro level, but he isn’t pro. Maybe whoever chooses Denial’s team likes his skating even though you dont. Or maybe he helps out with product design or something and they put him on flow as payback. Who knows? i don’t know him or Rickayyy so i’m sure not gonna start calling them fat cunts, hell i’ve got a bit of a spare tyre myself. To those of who are so angry, why? I don’t get it. It seems like most of you don’t even know me but you’re so fucking pissed off because I made an edit and you’re calling me a fat cunt and douche and all this nonsense.. I’m assuming it’s the same group of kids who were furious with the name of my video. Either way, you guys should calm down and realize how much fun you should be having instead of being pissed off all the time about nothing.
Bottom line, I love rollerblading and will continue to put as much as I can into it be it through my videos, supporting NT, the Gnarbq and whatever I can.
Rollerblading is fun and if you’re not having fun, you’re gay.
