I have a Rollerblade tatto on my back, i did it becuse when i get old i can look att my tatto and remember tha Golden days.. when a skate with friends and travel around, =D

Yeh im not a label person, I like the ‘what do you believe in?’ rabbits head in the cross, thats the only tattoo ive ever wanted related to rollerblading designs.

i think tattoo of inline skate companys are a good idear if your like me and been skating for like 9 years and just want something to remember when your old and grey. they do say have tattoos that mean something to you so its not retarded at all.

Wow. I’ve been skating for 15 years, 9 of which I’ve been doing it freestyle (our way). Yea it would be a really good fairwell to get a tattoo of rolling that means something to me. I’d get the tattoo of the freestyle frame logo design from the videogame Rolling!

The” What do you believe in” tattoo is kinda cool, but the rest don’t look too good. Any brand tattoo looks tacky. If you own the brand it’s a different matter.
If you want memories of the good old days, make an edit of yourself. It would look a lot better in years to come.

i totally agree with rolling related tattos, i just dont like company logos. ;]
if i did one it would be like that: “Rolling” (like urban ninja said) but with grafitti letters. maybe colored, maybe black n’ white, idk.

rollerblading is the most important thng i’ve ever done, its made me who i am, i want a permanent reminder of the thing that shaped and moulded me as a person!!, i will always be a rollerblader even when i cant flippin walk from it, if tiger woods had some tattoo regarding golf would u hate on it? no…coz its his life, if elvis prsley had graceland tatoo’d on him i’d be like, fair play dude!!

I thought I was really cool getting my england lion tattoo…
now I have seen like 10 guys with that one.
BUT —
I got mine before I saw it on a guy in DB like 5 years ago, I got mine in 98. and I’m from england, and it’s on the coat of arms of my birth country. so it’s justified.
I like tattoos, but if I could go back in time I’d get none. but since I have them now, I may as well get more/improve the ones I have.

mine will be made at april 23.
It’s a redesign of the White rabbit logo (i changed the font a bit to make it more readable.
for me it was always cool as it represent all the things anyone i can try to believe in “religion (not necesaire christianism, it’s just the closest to what i know)” Phantasy (white rabbit frome Alice in winderland), mortality and of course Rollerblading :D

i bet most the people who are hating on getting tattoos of a skate make ant even old enough to have one anyways… or they just walk in to a tattoo shop and get one thats already on the wall there. you no know the type a dragon that everyone else has that means nothing to them just they think it looks cool yippy for u.

I say this. I know quite a few friends that haver rollerblade tats and I think it’s cool. I own a company and I want to get my company logo on the side of my neck once we get to be pretty big but for now, I’m cool. I disagree with a lot of these guys putting it down. A tattoo is suppose to represent something in your life that means a great deal to you. I’ve been skating freestyle for 14 years and wouldn’t take back one day, okay maybe the day I dislocated my knee and my wrist, my right shoulder and when i chipped my elbow but I wouldn’t take back those days just those actions. i love Skating more than any girl in my life cause throughout all my pain and troubles skating has been the one thing that has brought me back from the brink of limitless hurt. It’s been that one thing that made it where as I didn’t cry myself to sleep. When I was homeless I at least had skating to take away the thoughts of my situation at the time. When I’m broke and I can’t find work, (Though I could be more productive by searching) skating makes me feel better. So don’t knock or hate these guys. Hell Haffey, Morales, and a lot of others have skate tatts.

The 4×4 logo can stand for a lot of different things, 1) being the company, 2) stands for 4 wheels by 4 wheels, or rollerblading.
Rolling means that much to people.

3 other guys who have rollerblading brandlogo’s painted into their lifes:
- Gagi wagenblast -> somewhere in his rose artwork there is the Ignition flame
- Jojo Jacobi -> allways carries his love and child with him -> the winterclash logo
- Jochen Smuda -> carries the Ucon logo on his upper right arm
besides some of you think it’s wack or retarted to paint your passion in your life and body. I believe that if you have love for it and you want to show that it has a part in your life, tattoo’s are the best way to show that.
For some it’s their girlfriends, childs or artists…for some others it’s rollerblading.

there a times when a company’s logo transcends being their brand’s icon to being a idea or ideals, attitude, feelings, memories, etc whatever. Examples are the Mindgame logo in the early 2000’s, the USD logo back in the “Terrordome” days, or even Rat-Tail or B-unique in current times. In such a tight-nit culture like rollerblading, certain brands becomes more than just a company that produces stuff that we use. That is why you will never see a soccer player get a Adidas tattoo; the feelings associated with a players’ passion for his/her sport aren’t connected to a company like Nike or whatever.
