Save The Skate Factory - Voices and Faces behind
I just got a link with this video of people speaking in order to save the Skate Factory in Essen. With Fabrice Guyont, Chris Haffey, Brian Shima, Franky Morales, Dominik Wagner, Daniel Prell and a lot more.
Well it seems that it’s now too late, the park will close although a lot of people signed the petition. The park was pretty famous, you surely remember this video where Chris Haffey wrote the tricks he launched on the park, matching the crazy combo of Brian Aragon.
A last competition will take place on the 2nd of December, check the flyer (more infos here).

ya that sucks. i have been trying to get a park in my town. we have raised quite a bit of money but now these old people are filing a law suit. assholes. well i hope the park doesnt close!

Sad to hear it’s already closing anyway, but maybe a new and better park will be opened by all the kids that support this place. That would be awesome. Peace.

That sucks man! I never had a chance to go. But that place had a reputation that crosses oceans.=(
