these frames are for a flat rocker set up, not anti-rocker. Those are you who are complaining about the frames being ugly or the frame groove being too deep or too big, then don’t buy the frames!

There are so many pros to skating flat vs. skating anti-rocker or free style such as, more control while skating, more speed while skating, longer wheel life, ect. The only real downfall is the grinding capabilities that anti-rocker or freestyle gives vs flat rocker.

Now maybe these type of frames (the slim lines, the new rollerblade frames, the able evolution frames, probably forgetting others) will give the flat rocker as much grinding capability, maybe not as much as freestyle, but as anti-rocker.

the groove is not as deep as the fluid frame and i love my fluids. But some pople say fluid groove are too deep.
so this groove should be perfect, but i think it apprease just huge and deep as it is so wide.
I will try them for sure than I can judge which frame is the best.

I’m looking forward to getting a pair of those slimlines, but I’m afraid of that deep groove. Why do frames come with grooves so deep? Look at that, it’s so deep that it looks like, even with a ridiculous split, you’ll still hit your wheels. I’d rather see a modest groove with the wheels still far apart. Those grooves are deeper than my Fifty-50 frames that I’ve been skating for a long time. Who wants to buy brand new frames with a worn out groove?

the slimlines look alot different to the featherlights, different shape, design and material just has the same aim as the featherlights. The material on the slimlines looks real hard and heavy, the middle of the frame looks like it goes in like a u shape and looks real thin in the middle. The featherlights seem to be alot better in my opinon but I haven’t skated the slimlines

ive had my ground control featherlights for ages now and they have taken all the beats they can get
