THAT’s what he’s been secretly rolling? I’m dissapointed. Looks just like another RB to me. I’m sure it’s better than the last ones but compared to other brands it’ll still be junk.
August 29th, 2007 at 11:12 am
I never had rb skates, but this makes me think about getting them.
August 29th, 2007 at 11:34 am

I hate rollerblade!
August 29th, 2007 at 2:36 pm
Damn i love rb and the point 8’s are so hot. I know people give them a bad rep, but we all have different tastes. I wish they would bring out the estilo’s or acess limited edition or the broskow 2’s le kind of the way rollerwarehouse did with the alphas, frankies, broskow 1 skate etc.
August 29th, 2007 at 4:18 pm
Ive been wanting this to happen for years. I just hope other skate companies catch on to the 72mm wheel thing, because it seems like you would fly with those things!
August 29th, 2007 at 8:34 pm

Haha you really are stupid Valo copied TRS first midsole and skins
maybe you just started skating this year thats why you are sooo uninformed??
what i dont get is why the downtowns have 62mm and the point 8 72mm?
August 30th, 2007 at 5:20 am
oh yeah and the only thing that looks like deshis is the royale groove on the midsole….and anybody could have taught of that dick head
August 30th, 2007 at 5:20 am
valo copied rollerblade? hahahha. holy crap. those new skates are dope. since it’ll be a while before they come out, there will surely be more improvements
August 30th, 2007 at 5:58 am

August 30th, 2007 at 6:15 am
I dont even know how many people have said the rollerblade copied valo. More and more kids dont even know 5 years in the past of rollerblading.
August 30th, 2007 at 6:19 am
yeah, kinda sad, i know…… do they not know? so sad.
August 30th, 2007 at 6:37 am
major upz good job guys keep up the good work and when can i get a some of those frames!??/!
August 30th, 2007 at 8:35 am
Rollernews must start enforcing a policy that tells you to register an account to be able to make comments. More and more retards are flooding this website. Hey and Richard, what’s the price of the Point 8s and DT4s. We all know Rollerblade ain’t the most recommended skate brand but I hope that those new skates will change that. Its ironic how we call our discipline ‘rollerblading’ but Rollerblade ain’t the top dog in it.
August 30th, 2007 at 11:18 am
nice, they look like Nike Air Hurrache
August 30th, 2007 at 11:33 am
good to see someone mature doing a video review and not flapping their fingers about saying,. yeaaah, whut! and shit like that. or some fucker with indie emo hair. tom knows.
August 30th, 2007 at 6:06 pm
I really hope the skate’s are awsome. We don’t need more hate towards skate company’s. We need skate company’s! Period!
So, hopefully they listend to their riders ( if they even have any nowadays ) and build a good skate.
August 31st, 2007 at 1:15 am
those backslides look way improved since ive skated rb.
o and who skates trs frames anyway?
August 31st, 2007 at 4:41 am
Ya those are going to suck ass. the whole 72mm thing is cool but the skates will suck over all. I would never skate rollerblade they don’t know what they are doing or talking about. When I called them to complain about how terrible their skates were and that they had no flex the lady told me rollerblades shouldn’t flex. they are just a lame company.
August 31st, 2007 at 8:40 am
Which companies actually change up skates /skate molds and skate materials/structure now adays????
-USD
-Deshi
-RB
……….
thats it…..
Why would you bitch and rag on a company that is actually being innovative.
Even if RB has a shadey past, at least they are introducing a new concept to freerolling. May benefit the sport as a whole. I’m not a RB skater anymore, but I respect innovation.
August 31st, 2007 at 9:25 am
dont fool yourself - hard as stone, RBs are stiff like cement boot… yes, they have cool outfit , but im true street skater… maybe for vert riders it will be cool…
August 31st, 2007 at 9:52 pm
GOOD JOB Tom,
maybe a good skate from RB again? They seem to have a good flex though… Nice skates both DT and Point 8. Good job…
Just try to do a skate with full skin… But these actually look sweet..
September 18th, 2007 at 9:36 pm
wow Tom Hyser is a terrible rollerblader.
HA

yo, you guys have no idea about these skates. tehy are nothing compared to the old trrs. i have the new point eight, and let me tell you, i would not trade it for 10 pairs of remz. it’s such a perfect skate. backslide groove=amazing. the wheels aren’t to good, so i picked up some eulogy’s. liners hurt my feet, so i got some jug vents. i also have dual injections, and it is the best setup ever. buly this skate.
