Rollerblade Bladerunner FURY (99$): Review

Rollerblade Bladerunner FURY

“3 Wheel Beginnings” from the RN forums wrote a review of the Rollerblade Bladerunner FURY skates.

The skates are not new, i wrote a news about their latest model release on October 27th, 2006 (Link, picture of the post offline).

Well i’m sure a lot of people will comment that those are not real skates, etc. But for 99$, it may be a good deal for beginners.

    looks like the old salomons

  2. trickit Says:

    it’s a roces element also

  3. Smashing Dumplings Says:

its nothing like a roces 5th element haaha go back to history class!

yeah its kind of like the Salomon shell, I reckon with some USD throne or xsjado soul kit customization, these could look pretty fresh, kind of like the carbons but not!

  4. me Says:

    OOOO NNOOOOO poor alchemy.

  5. rollerblading is gay Says:

kinda like carbons? not even close

    salomons is the closest

  6. axel Says:

I do like the clean look of these, and they do look comfortable.

  7. Smashing Dumplings Says:

I meant they look slim and simplistic shell wise like carbons are compact, as Axel said it, they look clean, and easy to customise.

  8. badazz Says:

i support all these low-price range skates companies are putting out… it definitely can NOT hurt the scene… MAJOR PROPS!

  9. Richie Velasquez 2 Says:

not as ugly as all of the other ones recently released…but they should look like they could use some more tweaking. better soul plates perhaps. At least RB is still trying to compete in our industry, so props for that.

  10. jake Says:

im glad they made them UFS this year, last year’s they where not.

shell sizing SUCKS in this boot by the way. 1 shell for 3 full sizes.

  11. sg Says:

good for starters no need for a younger kid to start out with gold sagonas or some shit ya kno

  12. me Says:

Richie Velasquez 2 STFU its the alchemy mold that is an open one from china so RB r just getting some shit mold

  13. DenisJOhnson Says:

  14. Gigi Says:

Even in skating, companies sell cheap products to face the crisis…
But it’s agood deal i think for a kid who is starting to skate.
I remember when I was younger when 200$ looked like so much money (6 months budget…)

The salomons not dead :D … nice copy, even this stupid slide cube included by the same salomon frame :/

    wtf..

  21. gay Says:

salos indeed. salomon were kinda cool so im not against this. cheap skates are not really a bad thing.

  22. soundlord Says:

perfect skates for beginners … our industry needs this kind of products in all stores.
remember that even 99$ for a kid starting is still quite expensive but affordable :)

  26. kyle Says:

RB is so weak, that company needs to just stop

  27. Digi Says:

    Why Blade runner ???????
Could u use an other name ? like Rollerball or somethin’ …
You just dirty the best movie ever by using this name !

  28. T34 Says:

Kyle you know not of what you speak. With out RB we would not even have a sport.

  29. stay golden Says:

dude blade runner has been out for a while way longer than that shitty movie and personally id rather have kids start out with some real companies though usd and razors sells cheap skates you just have to look for them. all you have to do is let those beginners know where they can start out to find them thats all. Give them website names and tell them to look and trust me they always find them.

  30. rahhrahhlikeadungeondragon Says:

rather see a kid with these on than a fuckin skateboard underneath his feet, or a bike seat up his ass… as long as they roll, they family
