RODAPE: Rollerblading TV show (Brazil)
The First episode of the newest Brazillian Tv show, RODAPÉ, the first rollerblading dedicated TV SHOW in Brazil.
The show is put togheter by veteran rollerblader Fred Castro, with experience in the field of motion graphics and design, and more than 16 years of rollerblading.
The show is about 12 minutes long, and it takes place all over Brazil with special featured skaters from around the globe.
The goal of the show is to portrait all kinds of skating styles within the freestyle rolling universe, and to make rollerblading more popular around the globe.
This upload is permitted by the hosts of the show, the WOOHOO cable tv channel here in Brazil. its under my personal channel with the intent of delivering the show to the ones that don’t have cable TV.

needs more personality. you can just put rollerblading edits on TV. you need to create stars, characters find something for people to relate to and aspire to be. if viva la bam was just his skating edits, it wouldnt work. your in a great position dont waste it

Great motion graphics and good skating, but as nick said, make it more personal.

Great thing you´re doing! But Nick is kinda right. You have to promote rollerblading as a lifestyle that´s worth living! I appreciate your dedication!

Congratulations about it and actually a great idea posting it here and gather everyone’s opinions / critics about your job (from abroad I meant).
Seize the opportunity you got and keep on going man, I do have a couple of things from London if you want in the future let me know, but honestly speaking, you and the fellows have got couple of stunts in your bag…

Thanks for the input guys, and I agree, I am aiming on that actually. The show will be divided into sections, kinda like VG was. And it will certainly have a section dedicated to the personality of the rollerblader.
The first show was about, “building your own obstacle”, “street sessions” and “contest coverage”. Each episode is divided into 3 sections, and next one will be different. Also, next time, I’ll have subtitles on it, so you guys can keep up with the chat and everything. Remember this is only the first show, so its not excellent yet, but it will be! I promiss!
