why does it take so long for skate co’s to produce a color? does it really take that long to friggin contact your manufactuers simply to switch color?

Maybe because its only cost efficient to order large numbers (5000?) at one time? And its not worth ordering until you can afford it/think it will sell/make a skate that uses that colour on it?
I dont really know, but its not about adding a colour to plastic, because we know thats pretty easy, but more about the process of affording it, ordering it, shipping it, distributing it.

Dan : yes i agree, producing a new color is not really a problem, i think that before producing new colors, roces wanted to sell the ones they had in stock, because they knew that when the new colors will be out, nobody would buy the older ones

It would be cool if other companyes would do the same, but i can understand that in this business its not so easy to just do many different colors.
gold ones look nice but that red and green combination just dont work.(just my opinion ofcourse someone else can like it)…

Yea the gold plates look sick. Back when i had m12’s years ago the soul plates were so small. the skate has improved alot

Old M12’s were the shit… there was enough soul to do any trick. I’m talking AO Topsouls and all… if you miss a trick, you go do it again untill it is correct.
