Robert Guerrero: Geezus Pleasus, Dirty Show trailer by Kevin Dowling (2007)

Quoting Robert Guerrero:

In 2007 when I was sponsor less, I planned on finally following through with going back to school.

I had filled out the necessary forms for financial aid and was going to start choosing my classes, when one night an online conversation via ichat with Kevin Dowling in my Fathers garage (only place to get free internet at the time) we came up with the idea to fly to Atlanta and film a section for Kevin’s first ever skate video.

He had no prior experience in filming or editing but he was determined to make it happen and with the excitement that was generated during the conversation I completely let go of said school plans and was all in.

A few weeks later I found myself sleeping in his spare room filming every single day for a month straight to make a section.

The end result was lots of vegan food, rollerblading, conflicts, resolutions, a deeper friendship, and testing out 72mm frames which then led to being sponsored again, skating for Rollerblade, and officially getting back in to the game.

This is a trailer we made for the video that came out a couple weeks before the video was released. I would say that its a pretty good overall documentation of my time spent there. Thanks for those amazing times Kevin. Stoked to have you as a friend and a brother for all these years.
